Purchased 3 dresses, none of them fit any of us. Returned all 3 the next day upon receiving them for a full refund and received $0.00. Their policy states "no matter you do not like the dress color or the style, we can return it for you with the refund or remake a new one for you" . This company is absolute SCAM and GARBAGE. They did not refund anything to us and they have all 3 dresses which means i am out $600.00 Canadian dollars. Do not purchase anything through this disgrace of a place. No policy is upheld.

I was VERY VERY scared at first to order from this website. Having only 1 website to review it also added to my doubt. But, I took a chance and I ordered my prom dress. I emailed them back and forth multiple times making sure I was not going to get scammed. Also, When I ordered I asked them to cover up the back. To my surprise, my dress came a week early and looked EXACTLY like the picture and the completed my request of covering up the back! I am truly in awe and happy. So I was a bit sketched about ordering from a website having dresses for very cheap. Also bc I saw other dresses on this website from other websites as well. What they do is replicate the dresses well and that's the thing I was sketched about. So I ordered my dress that was love at first sight and the people were very helpful with the live chat and were with me through the whole process. I asked them to send me pics of each dress I looked at. Which they did.. and for the ones they didn't have pics of I didn't wanna take the risk. But now that I got my dress I would order it no problem. The guy gave me a discount too!! I also got emails and shipping tracking number once my dress was done. The thing is tho.. i ordered my dress a week before they shipped it.. I was supposed to get it later but ended up getting it in two weeks! and I was like all sketched out like how did they finish so fast? Omg there's a chance this will turn out bad I'm so scared.. SO I FINALLY got my dress just so eager to see it..... IT CAME OUT SO FREAKM GORGEOUS I WAS STUNNED. It came out just like it was in the picture! They did such a great job and the material is very well done. I had mine custom made and they finished in a week I was just so amazed. I'm literally in love with my dress. I would def order a dress again from here and you should too it's amazing I'm so glad I found this site. I recommend it! They're a dime.

Ordered two dresses for my daughter (one a pageant dress and the other a prom dress). We shopped for dresses in our area and didn't find anything we liked and didn't want to spend almost $1,000 for two dresses. Ran across Glam Union while surfing the internet and was stunned by their reasonable prices. Very skeptical about ordering a dress online but for the price, I gave it a try. We are in love with both dresses! Very well made, look like the pictures online, fit true to measurements given online, and arrived on the day I requested. Chatted online several times with customer service. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Even got a $20 discount code from one of the representatives during a chat. Bought two beautiful dresses for less than $400. Very happy customer!

After contacting the website with concerns for being scammed, most prom dress websites are, I was reassured that nothing would go wrong and if it did my information would be protected and I would receive all of my money back. The second part of that is true so thats why my score is 2 stars instead of 1. After placing my order for $330, my credit card was then charged 3 times each for around $330. Equaling almost $1000. One of those charges was from Great Britain and two from China, this was after seeing the company's address advertised as New York. The company's excuse was that they use a third party to process payments, and that it was my credit card companies fault for not accepting international payments. I am very upset and will not ever trust anything associated with Glam Union or its owner again. I suggest you do the same.

I was unsure about ordering from an online website but after reading reviews I decided to give it a shot, they had the exact dress I was looking for and it came sooner than expected (which was only about a week and a half to begin with) so I was very happy about that! The dress was well packaged and absolutely stunning! The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond through the whole process, thank you glamunion.com!!

The dress came quickly, well packaged, and in perfect condition. The sizing was accurate and although I was nervous to order from this site, I would definitely order from here again in the future.

Both of my dresses I have purchased were amazing and fit perfectly! You feel great in them and they look just like the picture! Definitely will always buy dresses from Glam Union!!!

My dress was made very well and it was beautiful, the packaging was very very nice and kept the dress protected. I love my prom dress and I will be shopping from Glam Union again. This site is outstanding

We were hesitant to order a prom dress online but it came in a timely fashion and was very well made. It fit my daughter to a "T."

I ordered a custom sized dress, and it fit well, looked identical to the pictures provided on the website, beautiful. It arrived during the estimated time period, so that was great! However, on the website it says that the company delivers by DHL, and when i clicked on the tracking number given to me, it also directed me to the DHL website, on which no tracking data was found. When it arrived today, I discovered that it was sent by the company TNT instead, which explains why i couldn't track it on the DHL website. So there's that little issue that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it was a great purchase, and for future special occasions i will purchase from Glamunion again. :)

Have been looking for "the" Prom dress my daughter wanted for some time. She was told by a friend to try Glam Union and the dress was on their site. We were very unsure of ordering without seeing it but are so glad we did. The dress is exactly as shown and is of a good quality. Fits well too. The customer service is excellent. I had ordered the wrong size but corrected this within half an hour and was assured with a prompt reply that it had been rectified. The dress took under a week to arrive from day of order. I would recommend shopping with Glam Union and will be doing so again in the future. They've made my daughter's day she had her heart set on that dress and they made her wish come true :)

I order my prom dress from glam union and it was gorgeous online, what I received was also gorgeous it however had the wrong pattern on it. I emailed them and they quickly helped me return and exchange it and when I got it back it was fixed and incredible and they also included two free gifts (a bra and a set of earrings) with my exchange ! Overall they are lovely ! the dress fit true to size and is just as pictured online ! It arrived exactly when they said it would as well. I easily would recommend

I ordered a two piece dress from Glam Union and it came exactly as it was shown!! The shipping was fast and the customer service was amazing. They return all my emails and phone calls and even updates me with a text messages that my dress has ship and another telling me that my dress has been delivered. The free gift on the website allows you to save more money also! The dress is so what true to size; the skirt was a little loose for my waist. Other than that my experience was perfect!

Since my 1st review Glam Union did return my emails with a sincere apologies. I have returned the dress without any problems. My daughter is a size 0 and buying dresses online just want work for her. Thank you Glam Union for the speedy response.

I love the dress I ordered, it looks exactly like it did in the picture and looked the same on me as it did on the model. The price was not too expensive and the quality was still high. Plus, it didn't take a long time to receive it in the mail, not a month like some other sites.
