I must admit I was extremely skeptical about ordering a dress from China. After a ton of research, reading reviews online & YouTube videos of actual dresses. Two days after my order I emailed to follow-up status, I got a quick reply that the dress was in production, I ordered a stock size 6. Day 4 I emailed again and was told I would get an email when the dress was shipped. Day 7 got an email that dress was shipped on Fri via DHL tracked the shipment all the way and received dress on Mon as they said. The quality was amazing, looked just like picture and fit my daughter like a custom made fit. Would definitely order from Glam Union again!!!

This is an amazing company that went above and beyond my expectations in quality and customer service, all for a fantastic price! They answered all my questions promptly through live chat and email. The Fiona dress is just beautiful - my daughter loves it and she is very hard to please!

The dress looked exactly like the picture and it fit me almost perfectly (i just have to make a few asjustments to the length bc i'm a shorty)! The customer service was really excellent... They respond quickly and they really helped me with changes I wanted to make to my order as well as any questions I had about my order. I will definetely use this website again.. Glam Union is the most amazing company I have ever worked with online. The customer service is one of the best I've ever encountered in online shopping. The beading of my gown out does many of the $500 gowns you see in store. The company truly aims to provide you with the best experience possible and that is what makes them special. The gowns are affordable, at less than half the cost of gowns in store, with the same high quality. I have encountered similar gowns at double or even triple the cost in stores. I ordered a custom gown and it fit like a glove. I received so many compliments on my gown. I would recommend glam union to anyone for any special events. Your gown will arrive right at your door. I also loved the earrings that came with my gown. They look amazing! The materials that are used in the creation of their gowns are not at all cheap, they truly look like designer gowns at the fraction of the cost.

My daughter ordered a prom dress from Glamunion. It was our first purchase. We checked reviews and felt comfortable making the purchase. The dress has exceeded our expectations. It is nicer than a dress purchased last year for more than $400. We will definitely be repeat customers.
