The first time ordering from them, the frames were cheap plastic and the paint peeled off of them causing an allergic reaction on my skin. The lenses were made from the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. To their credit, they did send me a new pair with better lenses. Though, I am not even sure the progressive prescription lenses they put in are correct, even the second time around. My eyes blur and hurt while wearing them. I feel better wearing nothing. Go in person to buy glasses. Like learning, that is the gold standard.

I received my glasses in a timely manner, but I ordered the Ray-Ban’s Flaco sunglasses prescription. You were supposed to putting green lenses but instead put gray lenses anyway one of your employees tried to help me to fix the issue but they were having computer problems of all things this Friday so not sure if it got resolved or not I guess you’ll send me an email.

The glasses fit perfect and feel great. I was worried about the quality and the fit with buying online. It was super convenient and I live the glasses.

This process of ordering glasses while using your insurance is as easy as it gets. The prescription lenses are perfect. The frames are wonderful for a great price. I paid a little extra to have the glasses delivered quickly and it was well worth it. An all around wonderful for experience.

This was my first time buying glasses online instead of in-store and everything was fantastic.First,you need to have in-network insurance, if you don't then don't bother.I put my order in on may 12th and got it on may 18th, very fast!.They let you pick it up at LensCrafters.THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN LENSCRAFTERS.I couldnt afford the glasses I wanted from target optical or lenscrafters but with glasses.com I got transitions and special lens treatments.Then they gave me a discount $20 off WITH INSURANCE!!! The glasses are cheap and not worth the money I was charged. The legs and frame are fragile and look like they will not last a month. I paid over $300 for this poor quality frame. I have sent 4 emails asking to return them and the customer service department is ignoring me. They want me to exchange them not return them. The 30 day money back guarantee is a lie. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY
