Great help choosing a pair which as a rule I wouldn’t have considered but actually look great, Even my friends have complimented me on them and they are absolute savages as a rule 😂

Great personal service per customer unlike some of the larger companies that treat you like you are just another customer they have to deal with and yet charge exhorbitant prices for their products.

I can’t recommend Glasses Lab enough. All the staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. The turn around in ordering is quick and they keep you updated along the way for your orders. The selection of glasses to try is fantastic and advice given if unsure what suits you. My family and I are all very happy to visit Glasses Lab.

My eyes failed to adjust to glasses from another optician. Glasses Lab fitted me with a new pair that were correct from the first wearing. I was pleased with the effort made by the competent staff to supply and check the accuracy of the new glasses.

Great recent experience with Glasses Lab. I needed new varied vocals, new prescription sunglasses and a pair of fixed lense glasses to reduce eye strain when undertaking screen based work. I found all of the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and engaged. They helped me choose three pairs of glasses to meet all of my needs. The turn around time was quicker than I expected. I am really happy I found this place as the provide a much more pleasant experience than the big chains. I will definitely be going back for my future eye care needs

This was my best experience ever in an Optitian when choosing glasses! A bright, funky, welcoming store, lovely friendly, approachable staff. Anna was particularly helpful and took time with me to look at a variety of styles, shapes and colours to suit my face shape and day-to-day needs. An all-round great experience!

Helpful staff. There was a problem with my daughter’s sunglasses initially but the staff immediately ordered a replacement for her and sorted it out. Am Pleased with the service and selection of glasses, will definitely come back to get my own glasses done at some point in the near future.

I was impressed by the quick, efficient & courteous service, sadly a decreasingly rare combi these days. My only (slight) gripe was the lack of a proper hard case for my sunglasses. They only had pouches left & also I was not a big fan of the lens cloth (on offer). But these are (were) minor issues compared to the fast turnaround time & good communications from the staff.
