Glasses Lab have been my opticians for the past few years. Really friendly staff, very professional and attentive. They have a great range of glasses to suit any budget. I've had a lot of compliments on my most recent glasses, even from complete strangers. I've told anyone that asked where I bought them, and I know two of them have actually bought glasses from them as a result. Highly recommend them.

The staff at Glasses Lab in Beckenham are all very professional and I was very impressed by the optician who tested my eyes extremely thoroughly and took time to explain carefully what my options were for my new glasses .
When choosing frames I was delighted by the selection and was encouraged to try on as many as I wished by Karolina who was able to advise me which frames would best suit my prescription.
The only downside was that my new glasses took two weeks before they were ready but the wait was worth it as I am very pleased with my new glasses.

No fuss no issue polite knowledgeable and patient. Have been using them for years a Beckenham Greenwich and Bromley and they are all of the same, great.

Simply really good service from start to finish.

Always welcoming, friendly and very helpful especially when choosing new frames of which there is a brilliant selection.

So helpful from start to Finnish. They are very very good. All the staff are brilliant. I had to go back a few times to get my glasses adjusted and the attention to detail is excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

I had an excellent experience with Glasses Lab. The shop itself is thoughtfully designed with a great range of styles and brands on offer. I always find buying eyewear quite tricky, so was pleased with relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable service I received. They made the process straightforward and I’m very happy with my new prescription sunglasses. Would highly recommend.

The moment I walked in the shop I was made to feel welcome, not only are the staff friendly but they are also very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great range of glasses available and the team really help you choose what suits you and is the right frame for what you need.
I ordered my glasses on March 29th and they were ready to collect on April 7th, just over a week later!
