Fast turnaround time and am impressed that lenses of a higher prescription are available.

Their prices are good, their staff are friendly and helpful and they have WhatsApp for communication. I was getting a pair of Oakley frames reglazed. Very pleased with the result.👍

I'm very pleased with my reglazed glasses, My outdated prescription Specsavers bifocals now converted to reading lenses using my current prescription. I posted my glasses in a jiffy bag along with my prescription. Glasses were returned within a week, well packed along with my case, prescription and old lenses.
Perfect and I will certainly use again.

This is the third time I have used Glasses Outlet to reglaze my frames with a new prescription. Every time I have been very pleased with the result. Lovely to think you can rely on them to do the job properly. I have recommended them to friends.

I emailed Glasses outlet for an update and had an immediate response advising the glasses had been dispatched with a tracking number I received my glasses the following day

First class customer service, kept me up to date with the order, replied promptly to my email query, glasses had the lens fitted in 3/4 days and were well packaged once received, first class service can’t date them highly enough

Glasses fit me better after the Reglaze. First time trying Hoya photochromic lenses, it seems to be ok.

Posted my sunglasses inside their hard case for
Protection. They were returned without the case in a cardboard box. Refused to accept they had misplaced
it as if I was making it up. Stopped replying to my emails and won’t compensate me. Will cost me another £20 to replace.

Really good customer service as I had a query (my fault for not including my details with the glasses!). Once sorted they turned the order round really quickly and I’m really pleased with the lenses they fitted in a pair of sunglasses. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I’d been scouring the internet as I loved my sunglasses but I’d switched to contact lenses so just wanted plain lenses. All the sites were really complicated so I got fed up and gave up looking and thought I’d have to buy a new pair. Then I recently found glasses outlet, the price was reasonable and the process was so quick and simple. My sunglasses arrived today and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process only took a couple of weeks too. I’d definitely use them again.

Did exactly what I wanted no problem easy and fast service

Had a senior moment and sent my lovely glasses off to add in a prescription WITHOUT paying extra for tracking. After a week I called up to see what the progress was and was told my glasses hadn’t arrived. Initially very upset but was reassured by the team that my glasses may still arrive. I was pleasantly surprised after a few weeks to receive a message to say my glasses had arrived. The quality is exceptional. Very happy customer and would use the service again.

I sent a message to see if they would be available to help with some glasses that were sentimental to me, I wanted them as prescription sunglasses they said they could. I sent them off and received them back today 10 days from start to finish. I’m over the moon with them, I would definitely be using them in the future, highly recommend 5* service. Less than half the price than my opticians quoted!!

Second time using glasses outlet to replace scratched lenses, fast hassle free service, sunglasses back to brand new again

After scratching my lenses, I decided to choose Glasses Outlet to get them replaced instead of using a high-street store who were much more expensive. Whole process is very easy and communication is great too. Would definitely recommend!

Good comms early on in the order process but I didn't receive a dispatch notification. Glasses just turned up. Packaging was good and the glasses themselves are great. Would have been 5 stars but for the lack of comms at the end of the order process.
