This is a genuinely fantastic company to use for getting your lenses/glasses reglazed!! I was really nervous about sending the only designer pair of frames I've ever bought, out in the post incase they got lost etc, but I needn't have worried. Really fast turnaround too; I posted them out on Fri 8th March and had them back Sat 16th March! And Allan on their customer service will answer anything you need promptly and politely, he's great!! My glasses went all the way up to the beautiful Edinburgh and back without a hitch and I now have my renewed prescription lenses (but in my favourite frames without having to buy more) for a FRACTION of the price I was quoted at a big name optician. Would use these guys anytime and hope they're still going strong for next time :)

Really happy with my re-glazed sunglasses. The service was exceptional. Communication was clear and quick. Once notified they were ready to be sent back, I asked if it was possible for my glasses to be returned quicker than usual as I was going on holiday, and I received them next day by tracked delivery at no extra cost. I feel that the company, Allan and the team, went above and beyond for me. Having used my new glasses for several weeks, I am happy to give the company 5 stars and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, as well as using them again myself in the future.
