Great staff and a well organised store always makes a pleasant shopping experience
The staff in Glassworks are always so helpful without being pushy. They always know their stock and make great suggestions. Staff member Merica, Shoreditch branch, even recognises me which makes the experience even better. I love the way the store is set out, always easy to find the colours that you’re looking for!

I ordered some Beautiful mittens, the delivery was fast and they were packaged with such care! The quality of the item is amazing for such a low price! Which is extremely hard to find in this current climate! Will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future <3

I also sent an email response regarding the updates and whereabouts of the package as per Royal Mail Tracking Link.
Due to the recent Royal Mail strike, deliveries are affected and are causing disruptions and slight delays. But rest assured we are monitoring your shipment for you. We always make sure to check with the courier on this and provide necessary actions when needed.

The earrings are nice but too heavy to my lobes. I never tried them on but when I was preparing to return I saw that you can’t send back .

Loved the socks I bought!
Loved the socks I bought! Really different and reasonable priced
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that Royal Mail let you down. They reckon they’d tried to deliver and no one was home. Not true. They said they’d left a card. Not true. They said they’d deliver the following day but didn’t. Subsequently they took a while to arrive and when you pay for delivery it’s really disappointing.

My visit to Glassworks in Dalston was a complete last minute thing, en route to a wedding that day.
Abby, was so helpful that day! I found a stunning dress and was grateful for her support in making the purchase.
I haven’t received that many compliments at a wedding before! Even the bride asked me where the dress was from! I felt so beautiful, for the first time in a long time.
The dress was a really great design, quality fabric and a beautiful colour. I couldn’t have asked for more.
I’ll definitely be back!

Cool brand!
I really liked the brand and the persons in the store very helpful. The clothes are beautiful (I wanted to buy everything) haha
But there was a problem, I bought a shirt and the terminations were very bad. I was kind of sad when I arrived home and started to look... The price is ok if you buy something that you see is in perfect conditions, but that not happened with the shirt. The trousers and the socks were ok, very happy with them!
