Very sorry you feel like that. I Just want to make you aware the order was made at 5pm on Black Friday, Dispatched by midday on Saturday. We have no control over the selected standard FREE delivery service and item was posted in good faith via Royal Mail in possibly the busiest mail order week of the year. Very Disappointed by your Feedback.
