Not at all impressed with Glazing…
Not at all impressed with Glazing Store. Ordered a korniche roof lantern. It turned up in 3 separate deliveries. Friday I got 5 out of 6 packages containing the frame and the glass showed up separately. The glass was poorly packed (not packaged AT ALL) in the back on a lorry. Surprise surprise, it was damaged and had to be returned. I contacted the glass supplier as per the delivery driver’s instruction. The supplier said to contact Glazing Store. Glazing Store haven’t been answering their phones at all. I left them a message and still awaiting a reply.
The final parcel (2 of 6) arrived today without warning. Lucky I was home or I’d have been paying extra for another delivery!
All in all, building works to one’s home is stressful enough without this added inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend sadly.

Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received from us - I'm very sorry that the experience was not to the incredibly high standards that we hold ourselves to here at the Glazing Store.
Unfortunately due to the way that our suppliers manufacture the lanterns and then source the glass from another supplier, they're is always currently a different shipment for the frame and the glass which at the moment is unavoidable.
Please accept our sincerest apologies if this was not reported to you before your lantern was sent and we will ensure that we bear your personal situation in mind in the future to ensure that this lack of communication never happens again.
We have taken your feedback on board with regards to the answering of phones and have added further staff to help deal with customer service assistance in times of high orders. We hope this will go some way to further improve the service we expect to give all clients.

Excellent service.
The rooflight arrived by the time I was told. The Joiners who built it and installed it had no issues. It looks great and I would have posted a photo of it was possible to do so.
