I started taking the Over 30 Supplements on April 17, 2025. Shortly after then, my family and I left on a three week vacation out west. I had so much energy on our trip. I would not have felt that well without the supplements. My husband even checks with me (when he remembers) to make sure that I’ve taken them each day.

I turned 44 at the end of May 2025. Since I started taking the supplements, I’m sleeping so soundly at night and waking up earlier. I’m not getting up multiple times to go to the bathroom. I rarely am hot at night. If anything, I’m cold. I no longer have cramps in my back, side, legs, or feet. I’m eating less because I’m getting fuller faster. I have more energy. My husband said I’m back to my hyper self. I definitely do not feel depressed like I was feeling in December 2024 and January 2025. My April and May periods were normal and only lasted six days each. I had been having problems with irregular and heavy periods. I even had one last year that lasted 57 days.

I’m so thankful for these supplements! My GYN prescribed birth control pills (which I quit taking) and recommended a hysterectomy. I did not want a hysterectomy unless it was medically necessary. I knew my hormones were what was causing my issues.

I noticed on vacation that my clothes were getting bigger on me. I even had a friend see my vacation pictures on Facebook and texted me to ask what I was doing to lose weight. I hadn’t even mentioned to anybody that my clothes were getting bigger, but this friend noticed by looking at my pics. I’ve been recommending Gleefull to all my friends!

This is my second month consistently taking the O30 and I can definitely tell the difference. My hot flashes, night sweats have not been as bad, and my moodiness has improved. I am 60 yo.

I've been taking Gleefull Supplements for 8 months, after discovering the products on Facebook. For context, I'm 53 and two years into menopause. When I started I hadn't slept through the night in 3 years, had debilitating joint pain, weight gain, irritability and hot flashes.

I started with 030HS in May 2025. 2/day with breakfast. On my 4th day on the supplement my husband turned to me and said, "Welcome back." The improvement in my mood was that fast and noticeable. I realized that I had been internally angry with him for a couple of years without even realizing it.

I had painfull bloating and a distended stomach and had gotten a free bottle of Meno Shred Fat Burner with my order, so I started taking 2 at night before bed. Because you're supposed to take them on an empty stomach, I take then 2 hours after dinner and then brush my teeth. This keeps me from snacking in the evening as a side benefit. Within a couple of days my tummy flattened and no more digestive pain after meals.

Within a couple more weeks I noticed my joint pain was about 80% better, hot flashes were gone, and I was sleeping through the night. I was also laughing and playing with my family again and didn't feel bitchy all the time.

After three months of feeling better I still hadn't lost any weight, so I ordered the Meno Morning Fat Burner drops. I took them for a couple of weeks and played around with the dosage. I'm very sensitive and yerba mate makes me jittery, so I was worried about feeling anxious while taking them. And I was starting to feel warm at night again and really didn't want to trade weight loss for hot flashes and lack of sleep!They REALLY revved up my metabolism so I didn't need to stay on them long. After 2 weeks the weight started to come off, slowly at first but then steadily, even after I stopped taking the drops. I lost 12 lbs in 4-6 weeks and was back at my goal weight for the first time in years. I went off the drops and stopped over heating at night almost immediately. The weight stayed off.

I've been cruising along on O30HS + MSFB since. I added the Meno Creatine about 10 days ago and have noticed an improvement in cognitive function, but it hasn't been long enough for me to attribute the change to the creatine. (Experts say it takes 3 weeks of daily use to achieve muscle saturation and start getting brain benefits.) I actually think this is because of being on the other supplements for an increasing length of time. I'm no longer forgetful and I can regain my train of thought after I lose it, which hasn't been the case for a couple of years. Recently, to my husband's delight, my libido has returned!

After 8 months I continue to feel healthier and happier each week. When I started in May I hadn't had a sip of alcohol in 18 months because it wasn't worth the anxiety and hot flashes that lasted for 3 days afterward. Now I am enjoying an occasional glass of wine, no hot flashes ever, no anxiety, and sleeping 8 hours per night. My joints are so much better that I've been able to start a mobility program and get back to walking daily. Gleefull Supplements have truly given me my life back.

I have been taking gleeful supplements for the last two weeks. First week I already saw a significant difference compared to all the other supplements I had tried. I am excited to continue this journey with other products from gleeful.

I have been using the Over30 Hormone Support, the Meno Morning Fat Burner, and the Meno Shred Fat Burner for 3-4 months. My menopause symptoms have been greatly reduced i.e. hot flashes and night sweats almost entirely gone, except I have begun having some over the last week. I also recently added the Meno-Burn Collagen to the mix but have only been taking that for a few days so I can't speak to its efficacy. I have not, however, experienced any weight loss, despite not having a poor diet and exercising regularly i.e. 3-5 times a week mixing walking, running, pilates, and HIIT workouts. Also, my meno belly has not been diminished, which is incredibly frustrating.

It's a little too soon to tell, I'm a bottle and a half into the process, but I think I might see or feel a difference coming.

I've been taking the supplements for about 2 years now and It has helped me with my weight, mood, & sleep. I even recommended it to my friends and they loved it!

It took weeks to receive the product, meanwhile they started sending a barrage of marketing emails, with a shaming tone like, “where have your goals gone?” before I even received the product.
When I finally got it, I used the whole bottle and it did absolutely nothing for me except nausea right after taking it each day.
I thought I could rely on their famous “180 day money back guarantee” (one of the reasons I bought this product in the first place) but that is a scam. They insist you pay shipping costs to send them back an empty bottle, or cop a 50% reduction on your refund. Their words were, “as our apology we would like to offer you 50% refund. Please let us know if you would like to accept this offer.” The refund should be a guarantee, not an offer. It’s absurd that they insist on me paying international shipping costs to send an EMPTY BOTTLE.
Do not waste your time or money, especially if you don’t enjoy getting 3+ annoying marketing emails from them everyday.

This company is taking advantage of women at a vulnerable time in their lives.

EDIT: The company has contacted me since the review and have agreed to fully refund me, as well as offer a replacement of a different product.
I appreciate the efforts made to make up for a disappointing experience.

Although the Over 30 Hormone Support did not work for me (everyones hormones are different), the company's customer service is fantastic. They were keen to work with me to find another product, although I ultimately chose to take another path and they kindly issued me a refund. Take a chance like I did as many other people have found the product to be beneficial, and in the end the company have been great.

Product did not help, only caused severe stomach cramping. They claim money back guarantee but apparently not if you buy through Amazon (sneaky), and Amazon won't help get your money back either. Do not buy!

Update: Their Claim is that a different seller on Amazon sold it me. I would suggest if you want to protect your Brand, you may want to put processes in place to protect your product from being sold by unauthorized parties.

I have been a customer for over a year now. I am using the hormone support since I am a senior woman and needed a little boost. You don't feel any side effects on this. It just helps to get through the day with a great attitude, clearer head, and better energy

I called them right after I placed the order left them message but no responded ,I called again left another message, then called again left message again . It’s ridiculous. I feel like scam.

I tried the "Meno Shred Fat Burner" for four months, taking two tablets each morning consistently. It had zero effect. I maintained the same diet and exercise before and after, and am at the same weight. I can only conclude that the pills are basically placebos; I had no side effects.

The company gets two stars instead of one since they did give me a refund of 50% off my entire purchases without requiring me to ship the empty bottles back. But really, steer clear of this company.

Their Facebook Community page raised a lot of red flags for me. It is staffed by ChatBots pretending to be humans and soliciting lots of catchwords from patrons. Whenever someone notes that they're not seeing effects, the bots jump in to urge them to buy more, or buy another kind along with the ineffective one. There are people claiming to be taking 4-6 different kinds of products at once, to do the work that just one is supposed to do. It seems to me like a snake oil scam.

I have been struggling with lower body fat after having my kids, i tried the diets, and exercise and I still couldn't shake the fat then I decided to try the hormone support which was recommended by my Aunt, I initially took hers then i couldn't believe the results, its been great, no side effects, my brain fog is gone, I have more clarity with handling my kids. Its an all round great product for women. Its great to know people think about women when creating their products. I'm grateful for that. They also offer great prices for subscription and now I have something to look forward to haha.

Delivery was on time and met my expectations. Easy to consume and customer services was great as well.

Hasn't worked for me and I've been taking them for 3 months. I have not lost any weight at all, hot flushes haven't been as bad and sleeping a bit better. I think I put more weight on. I was so hoping they would work 😞

So I ended up getting one of those specials and have been on it for a few months and I can honestly say I have not noticed any difference at all. I’m really disappointed in the product as I was really looking forward to it as there were other products on the market out there that I wanted to try but I saw a lady that said she already tried a number of them and swore by these ones and I can honestly say I really regret listening to her and buying this product. This product did absolutely nothing for me. Felt no difference whatsoever. Really not happy. I hate writing bad reviews but I also like honesty and I just feel like maybe sometimes a product might work on one person and not on another but what the hype was made about it just didn’t meet my standards as I did not get any results at all. I just feel like I just ended up Buying another product that sold me on something but just didn’t deliver again. It might not have worked for me maybe it works for some people but not everything out there works for everybody and this is something that just didn’t work for me.
