Not accessible; are they even in business?

Avoid; I'm not even sure they're real/still in business.

There's a (pretty ropy) website up but the email address doesn't exist. Emails bounce back if you try to get in touch with them. There's another contact page, but that just sends you to a completely different website (automotivegroup.co.uk) without any explanation. The chat window on the other website simply says "No Internet Connection". You never get a response from them either.

NB. The chat window also proclaims that they "usually respond within a day"; who would stay there, with the website open, waiting for a chat response for a day?

If you're like me and face challenges with everyday lifestyle tasks anyway, you'll find this site even more annoying to deal with. The entire site is a waste of time even trying. Maybe they answer the phone, I've not tried, but in a digital age on a site which should specifically be catering to the needs of the differently-abled; it's absolutely preposterous to expect perspective clients to have to ring them up using a telephone to engage their business.

On a footnote there's a bizarre section telling us about the Latin origins of (what I assume is) their parent company's logo (spoiler: it ain't Latin and it doesn't quite mean what they think it means).

If you are even still in business, sort out your website/email/chat and maybe we can talk further.
