I purchase a Prada bag December 12th and still haven't received it. I have sent numerous emails that have been left unreplied to until now. I'll be lodging a dispute today as this doesn't seem legitimate. No one gets back to you.

Order comfirmed at Aug 5. and no update for 2 weeks.
Query mail sent at Aug 17 and Aug 22 and got a reply said that the banking system got issues at last "few days" but my order made before above 2 weeks.
I got a reply mail be told that can not refund my money, only can go throught the dispute charge case.
I sent 3 mails for an explaination at Aug 29, 31 and Sep 3. They nerver reply me till today.

I ordered 2 different handbags totaling over $8000. The first order I placed on December 30, 2021. The bag was stated shipped on January 11th, with a tracking #. It has never been shipped or recceived by Fedex. I tried to reach out by calling the #s on the Glimvale website none of which connected me to your company. This is a scam. I am currently disputing the charges on my credit card.
