I’ve purchased shoes many times and have never had any problems. Any inquiries I had were immediately solved to my satisfaction.

Money spent here is Money lost, if you havent recieved your shoes in a month you will most probavly never see any shoes or Money again. Customersupport not replying.

This company is not trustworthy. After waiting months for the shoes I ordered, I filed a claim through paypal to get my money refunded. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back, but it was no thanks to Glitterkicks! Scam company, all the way around!!

I ordered ballet flats for my wedding to fit in with the theme and its been over a month and I have set multiple emails and have not had a reply back. I spent over $130 NZD as a treat for me for the wedding and I won't get it back.
Never using them again!!

I just had a friend bring me their Glitter Kicks to see if I could replace some stones that had fallen off. I used my heat wand to add a replacement crystal stone, and the GK "stone" next to it literally melted!! It was PLASTIC!! What a ripoff!

I received the shoes and they are not at all like the picture! The heel is not as high as the picture or the platform toe of the shoe is not like the picture at all. The size is way too small as I ordered an 8.5 and the size is barely a 7! I was told I ordered the wrong heel height and they would not address the fact that they sent the wrong size! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’m sooooo happy with my glittery shoes! They are awesome! My friends are all wanting to get some too. I’m so happy I found this fun company! They do a Great job!

I have ordered 4 pairs in the last 6 months and have been completely satisfied! Their communication and customer service is excellent, I receive so many compliments, I will order more!:)

I would not suggest anybody to use this company ever I got 2 different size shoes sent them back still not got a refund almost a year . showed me on email that they print it out said that day sent it though gateway my bank said that was a lie . I have to go through the attourney general to get my money back. I don't feel like Facebook should have them on their site I am trying to get them shut down so they will not do this to anyone else.

Ordered 2 pair on January 10th, 2017. Today is January 10th, 2018. Never receved anything but empty promises that they were on their way along with a "remember that when you ordered, you were told that they were custom made and would take 4-8 weeks to complete". I am not sure these good reviews are even real and they have 100% 5star review on their website???? I have read enough of your bad reports to wonder if we should file a class action suit.

I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift and never received it. They took my money 9 weeks ago and I have not received the shoes yet. I have tried to email them. They used to respond and now they dont respond at all. Beyond disappointed. They do not have good reviews on the BBB. I wish I would have done my homework.

I ordered glitter kicks back in the end of September. I have inquired weekly about the status of my order and I am told they will be sent shortly. It has been 3 months and I continue to receive emails saying they apologize for the delay and will get them order in the next week. I am beyond disappointed and very frustrated! I feel like I have been scammed. DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter and have not received them although my bank account was drafted for the shoes. I needed these for a Christmas present. I did contact them and they wanted the order number which I do not have since I never received a confirmation email, Any reputable seller always sends a confirmation, SO BEWARE! of this company and buy your goods elsewhere! VERY DISAPPOINTED since I have never had issues with ordering online. Now, I am forced to go to the bank to dispute the charges so I can buy another pair of shoes.in time for Christmas!

I bought a pair of the glitter kicks and waited very patiently for about 3 weeks only to get them and they were not only the wrong color but they had a black thumb mark on white shoes. I emailed glitter kicks and the response I got was very disappointing. They said I should try to bleach out the black spots, REALLY? I didn’t pay $300 for shoes to have to bleach them. After that I emailed 13 times with not nope response. I sent the shoes back and even after they got them back they still did not email me nor refund the money. I will never buy from this company agin and I would not recommend anyone else buying either.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Did an online order back in June for 3 pairs of Glitter Kicks. Waited patiently for 4-6 weeks for my delivery and still waiting in November! Emailed the company several times asking for a refund and they keep telling me my order is on its way. This company is a complete joke NEVER ORDER FROM GLITTER KICKS!
