An excellent company with friendly and efficient service. Despite poor reviews and a few errors on their part, they are quick to resolve the issues at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone who is a shoe lover like myself!

My shoes look so great now

THIEVES! Ordered shoes in April and have never received despite several promises. Just outright lies that shoes were on their way. Do not order from this company. Positive reviews look fake

This is actually my 3rd review of Glitter Kicks...1st time 1 star...they took 5 months to send my shoes... when I finally got them I was offered a free pair to change my review...so I did to 4 stars...the shoes were actually cute. Then I was asked to change my review again to 5 stars... I did not weeks later they finally sent the shoes. They were not the ones promised and they were 2 sizes too small!!! The company seems to have a lot of issues. I think from now on I will only shop in brick and mortar stores. I was inconvenienced and lied to. And I never asked for the 2nd pair...they offered and still didn't deliver.

I ordered a pair of shoes, waited six weeks to receive the wrong pair. When I contacted them they offered me 25% off to keep them. I received a confirmation email of the 25% but nothing ever came or my account credited. When I contacted them for an update, no reply. I tried through Facebook and they blocked me! The crystals fall off and the shoes are not worth the money you pay for. I'm sorely disappointed they haven't been shut down at this point seeing the countless claims of the same issue. I filed a claim with the BBB as well.

I got my shoes, and they looked perfect it looked just it did on the picture! And they have the best service of all time

I have ordered from them before and they were fine. I ordered a pair of "glitter my kicks" where they advertise they will take a pair of dirty shoes and send them back to you all clean and Swarovski crystals put on them. I placed my order with them in April of this year. It is now 5 months later, 17 emails later and they have not only lost the shoes I sent them...now they say they found them...described the wrong shoes to me and then try to tell me they don't clean shoes and that the shoes I sent them already had the crystals on them! What a JOKE! Do not waste your money on that company. I have a call into NIKE because they are advertising their product and they are not happy that they are giving me the run around!

I recently purchaced a pair of Glitter Kicks for my Granddaughter in a size 4c and they are the cutest little things. Customer service was extremely helpful & the sneakers were shipped Priority Mail just in time for her 1st Birthday. I highly recommend them & I already have my eye on a matching pair for myself :)

Absolute scam artists! also seems coincidental that the positive reviews have all been left by people who use similar language and have only written one review? company covering up the deceit possibly? Anyway i ordered in December and hadn't heard anything by March, i emailed and was told they were next in line to be shipped..... nothing.... i chased.... then nothing. About five ignored emails later and no shoes i eventually had to do a chargeback through my credit card provider. This company is dishonest and ripping people off and I would not advise anyone to purchase from them.

All I can say is Wow. I love my new glitter kicks shoes. Best Bling Shoes ever. I highly recommend them. It takes a few months to get them but it was well worth the wait. Thanks Glitter Kicks... Jessica Coots

This website is the biggest scam I will never buy anything from here again. It took 4 1/2 months to receive my order. Smh

I can not share with you enough how qualified these people are to glitter your kicks. Never before have I been more satisfied with an online product. I mean, wow! Give these people your money and they'll hook you up with the best shoes you've EVER worn!!

We had a bad experience with Glitter Kicks and the Customer Service group from Glitter Kicks contacted us and wanted to correct the situation. They are sending us shoes out today to improve relations with this customer.

A terrible company! I ordered sneakers in March and it is now September and I still haven't received the shoes. I was told three months ago they would be shipping in a week and then last month I was told they were waiting for the sneakers to arrive at their facility for customization. I lost over a hundred dollars and they refuse to give me a refund!

If I could give negative 5* i would!
For a few year now I have been wanting a pair of these beautiful Nike "hand customized w Swarovski crystal" shoes.. but I never wanted to spend that money on a pair of shoes for myself. On March 24th , 2017 I decided to finally treat myself! On the site it says expect to wait 4-7 weeks as they are all hand customized. Which is worth the wait!? Right!? Wrong I not only waited 20 weeks for these beauties w multiple emails (because they only have email for customer service no phone contact?) back and forth questioning where they were And them replying they will be sent out soon but I will be more then happy w them when they arrive. Also being charged 3$ for a warranty for these Swarovski crystals a month before even receiving the shoes!? I also at one point asked for refund for them to reply the same as I will love them when they come and they were backed up w apologies and so on. Even sent photos of another pair if I wanted to change my order and they could get those right out. When They finally arrived August 20th of 2017 first off the box was all beaten up .. first impression loved them as they said I would but still irritated w the length of time and headache. Here is the great part! First time wearing them I had them on for 2 hours only to realize the hand customized crystals were a STICKER placed over the nike sign and it was coming OFF! I paid $130 dollars for these shoes and they are falling apart after 2 hours!? 20 weeks for hand customized? They are a scam!

TERRIBLE! Disgusting service from these unprofessional scam artists. DO NOT purchase their products! This company is a complete FRAUD. I paid for/ordered a pair of sneakers from their website in APRIL, it's now August 28th and I have received nothing but excuses. I have reached out to them numerous times and they kept promising me that they would send them out immediately. After 5 months I had enough. I submitted a claim with the BBB. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one the next day. 10 days later no refund. DO NOT get FOOLED by these FRAUDS. Save your money and time.
