I am someone who is paranoid about ordering online, and I can extremely stressed and go into panic mode if something goes wrong. I accidentally ordered the wrong shade of an eyeliner, and I also wished to add an item to my order. Oliveyoung got back to me in a timely manner, and by that, I mean it took them less than two days to reply to my email (awesome, I know right). I was able to cancel my order and get a full refund, as well place another order with the information corrected (I triple checked this time). I am very grateful for the global team’s help. I haven’t received my order yet as of writing this review since I JUST placed my new order, but if no updates are made to this review, it means everything went smoothly and it was shipped on time! :)

Excellent online K-Beauty site! Shipping is super fast compare to other retailers (i.e. YesStyle). Olive Young is an actual chain beauty store in Korea so they are reliable. I am glad their online store is just as great. Great customer service as well when I had an issue with a damaged item. They carry a variety of brands but not everything. I just hope they sign more contracts with more beauty brands so there would be more varieties. Whatever they have in their store, they are actual authorized retailer.

I live in Norway and have upto now ordered and received from OliveYoung twice. I've signed up to Oliveyoung about a year ago but was disapointed when they didn't ship to Norway but now that's been changed.

Shipping: Fast 1-2 weeks. Well-wrapped in plastic poppers, no damage contents. Free shipping for purchase over 60usd.
Custom fee: Yes everytime, the custom invoice is placed on the outside of the parcel with actual the amount paid so 100% transparency. Probably why it get through shipping so quick.
Selection: Pretty good, got most the popular brands. Although I'm wondering why they don't carry Hera and their Isa Knox selection is very poor. I'll give them a full 5 stars when they've improved their selection.
Price: On the expensive side but they often run sales and offer various reduction and extras.
Overal impression: yes I would buy again but I will stick to their sales offers. Convienient and fast. Comparing to Yesstyle, Oliveyoung is faster and have real sales. Yesstyle still have better selection though...

Olive Young has its amazing reputation in South Korea for a reason. Their shipping is insanely good - my order was placed near the end of the week and came on Monday all the way from SK to the UK, with no customs! The security of the packaging was impressive. Their free shipping threshold is very good and with coupons and sales, the prices are really competitive especially with how vast their selection is and their bundle deals.
Highly recommend.

I really recommend buying from Olive Young! I bought enough to reach the minimum for free shipping and I ordered on the 4th April and it arrived today (12th April) so compared to ordering from sites such as Yesstyle it was definitely a lot faster, there were a lot of sales too. As for the range of products, they had a lot of things I wanted but was also short on other things I wanted to buy but it didn’t bother me that much. I always wanted to shop from them but never had the chance as I was always a bit sceptical but now I don’t have any worries. I didn’t have to pay any customs and I live in the UK so i’m not sure if that differs from other countries. Overall, it was a great shopping experience with easy to follow tracking information on their app.

Great prices and fast service. Placed order late Friday night, had it by Wednesday which is very impressive given I live in Australia. Very happy!

For many other K-beauty sites I'm a bit wary of the authenticity of the products but with Olive Young, you know it's authentic because they are such a reputable country in Korea! My products were shipped around 4 days after purchase and arrived quickly, in perfect condition. I spent slightly over $60 (to meet the free shipping requirements) and didn't have to pay any UK customs. The coupons and sales they have also mean that you can get things for a very good price :)

Although they sell good products, but customer service is AWFUL.
They NEVER accept order cancellation, even when I requested to cancel my order within 1hour after I ordered.
