Removed me as director
I'm really upset that I was removed from the directorship program. I was being paid €500 per month for over 7 months, but then when I emailed to confirm my payment details for this months payment, I was told I was being removed from the program because I did not respond to their messages and phone calls for more than 3 weeks! But it is not my fault as I did not check my emails and I missed their calls. I think they should give me another chance, to be on the director program. (I will change my review score too).

Whilst we are disappointed to have had to remove you from the paid directorship programme, we do expect our directors to be able to complete the small amount of administration tasks requested of them, in a timely manner. I am sure that if you disappeared for three weeks without any warning or good reason, and your employer could not contact you, they would also be forced to let you go!
We expect professional communication and conduct from the people we take on and pay as company directors. Not checking your emails, responding to calls, voicemails and SMS for three weeks is not professional at all. There are many other candidates waiting for their chance to be taken on as a director, so this decision will not be reversed.
