Global Edulink are a fantastic British course provider, the best I've studied with, highly recommend them.

There is a large range of interesting online courses to choose from- whether the purpose is academic, cpd, dieting or hobby related.
Courses are all priced to be affordable as is the optional student photocard.

Their courses are in-depth and seem designed to deliver flexible learning on the go.
I've always had very helpful, friendly service from all Global Edulink's academic staff and customer service representatives.
Will be buying many more courses this year and next.

What I appreciate most about this company is how they make learning accessible and flexible. Offering a free course to help people upskill shows they really care about empowering individuals, especially those who might not afford paid training right now. Their platform seems well-organized, with a wide range of professional courses that suit many different career paths. That level of inclusiveness is impressive.

During ongoing refund dispute Edulink stopped replying to me about the £323 refund. I had to contact my bank for support via chargeback.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by this institution. I enrolled in the CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education course in 2019. Despite submitting all my assignments and paying the full course fee, I have yet to receive any official communication regarding my course completion or certification.

I have made multiple attempts to get in touch—sending several emails, completing the online complaint form multiple times, and even chatting with a representative to understand the next steps and the timeline for receiving my certificate. Unfortunately, I have received no response to date.

It is unacceptable for an educational institution to disregard a paying student facing legitimate concerns. This level of unresponsiveness raises serious questions about the administration's transparency and accountability. If basic student support is ignored, it is difficult to trust the institution with more serious matters.

Given the financial and emotional investment I’ve made, I expected at the very least clear communication and respect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this institution to others considering similar courses. I hope my situation is addressed promptly, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing.

Paid for ITIL® 4 course for two employees. Promised exam vouchers in 7–24 business days - waited almost a year, nothing delivered. Had to escalate to PeopleCert, who confirmed Global Edulink is no longer an official partner.

Despite this, they still use PeopleCert and AXELOS logos on their site.
Avoid - not trustworthy for individuals or companies!

I enrolled on a coaching level 5 course apparently accredited with CMI. Took me a year to complete. At time of submission I requested some details needed on my submission cover sheet. From this point onwards I never received communication from ANYONE!! The mentor (tutor) disappeared, all email addresses I had correspondence from, were no longer answering, even the chat function on website. The customer service rings out. This happened over months. This company is underwritten by Imperial Learning. They also never responded to my email/ complaint. Long story short, it's a scam that plays the long game- delays until you're not able to raise cashback from bank. Thankfully, I twigged just in time and got my £500 back from bank. The bank also never heard from them regarding my claim and agreed this was a scam. Ignore the good reviews. It's part of the scam. I'm glad I got my money back but gutted over all the time I took, including time away from family to do this. Please learn from my experience. My next step is to report them to an official body.

Months of waiting for exam voucher, total scam, avoid.

The course materials are in depth, easy to read and understand. The scenarios/examples used are relatable and give an understanding of the topic being shown. I would use this provider again for future courses.

I completed my PRINCE2 certification course with Global Edulink a few years ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course materials were well-structured, easy to follow, and accessible anytime, which was ideal for balancing study with work commitments.

The platform was intuitive, and I appreciated the flexibility to learn at my own pace. Thanks to Global Edulink’s support and training resources, I passed my PRINCE2 exam.

I highly recommend Global Edulink to anyone looking to gain professional certifications or expand their skills with confidence.

Update: On 29 July 2025 I've received my 60% refund (£252.90) as agreed after long discussion with the support team. To be honest, provided materials has helped me to pass my ITIL4 Foundation exam (with 98%), but overall I had to overpay and buy same track from PeopleCert to get my exam voucher (costed me another $580). My advice is to check with their team about voucher system status before buying any trainings where the voucher is included.

I paid the full amount of £421.50 by credit card for the ITIL® 4 Foundation with Official Exam Voucher Included. The order was made on 25 November 2024, and the Exam voucher request was placed on 31 March 2025.

At present, I have still not received the voucher I've paid for. Support only replied that they have issues with the voucher system, but I still can't get any adequate response for the issue resolution time and can't get a refund.

This is a great place to study I have already completed one of their business courses and about to finish another. The courses are very well presented and easy to learn. Highly recommend doing some work here to increase your salary as I have just increased mine.

I took online course for Diploma in Office Administration & Reception.
The course was easy to follow and understand. The course has ample time so you can finish it at your own pacing.
I was able to use it for my career growth.

The courses offered are very market related,impactful and educative.It is very generous of the company to offer such courses.

I purchased an ITIL Foundation exam but all attempts to request it have been ignored. I strongly suggest you do not buy anything from Global Edulink, its a scam.

Requested my exam voucher 6 months ago and they still haven't provided it. Keep fobbing me off with "technical difficulties" AVOID
