Unresponsive and unprofessional

I have waited 5 months so far to receive my CIPD membership whilst studying without this access. I’ve raised in numerous times to no resolve yet.

The CIPD refer to working with your tutor to plan assignments. I rarely get a response from mine until I escalate to the programme manager.

None of my assignments are looked at in the specified timeframe and I now have 3 outstanding for over a month.

Currently they are holding up my employment screening as they have not paid CIPD despite me paying them back in June. Despite calling customer service and sales multiple times, it always goes to voicemail.

I've used Global Edulink a couple of…

I've used Global Edulink a couple of times and have found it to be a solid online learning platform. The courses are generally well-structured and cover a decent range of topics.

The platform provides some helpful interactive features and is very easy to use.

Overall, Global Edulink is a good option for anyone looking to learn new skills online.

Feels Like a Scam – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am writing this review in the hope that Global Edulink will finally address my concerns. I purchased a PRINCE2 course (Foundation and Practitioner) on the understanding that it included access to the official PRINCE2 eBook, as advertised, alongside other course materials. However, it has now been over two months since I requested the exam voucher required to access the eBook, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received absolutely nothing.

The company initially promised that the voucher would be provided within 7–24 working days, which would have been by early November. Since then, there has been complete silence, with my last several emails ignored for over a month. Without the eBook, the course materials are incomplete and almost useless, making it impossible to progress with my studies.

This experience has left me questioning the company’s legitimacy and whether they are truly Axelos-approved. Their failure to deliver a core part of the course package is unacceptable. While they boast numerous positive reviews, I’ve noticed they repeatedly spam customers with offers and incentives to leave glowing feedback in exchange for "freebies." This raises concerns about the authenticity of many of their reviews.

At this point, I feel completely let down and misled. I urge Global Edulink to resolve this matter and provide what was promised. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate further.

Potential customers should tread carefully—based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted to deliver what they advertise.

I did one of the digital asset courses…

I did one of the digital asset courses as an intro. V beneficial and informative in an easy to understand video plus notes format. For me whose old fashioned I like to make my own notes I was able to take my time.

Scam

Scam. Unprofessional. They take your money and do not provide the service. It is impossible to finish the course in the allocated time when the marking is so slow and there is no proper guidance. I wish I could attach photos and documents to show how bad and unprofessional they are.

I was sold the level 5 diploma course in computing earlier than I was ready to start it, on the understanding the course could be suspended until I was ready to start. When the time came to start I saw that the course had not been put on hold and I had therefore lost 6 weeks of access to it.

They did eventually (after many, many emails fobbing me off and telling me different things) add some time to my account.

The course materials are badly organised, with most of the module's materials contained in a single document which cannot be downloaded and a bunch of other empty section titles with hyperlinks to nothing.

All the guidance states that you must get approval for one section from your mentor, before heading on to the next section. Well, my mentor took a month to approve my first assignment (an assignment whose mark doesn't contribute to your final grade). I had asked what was expected for it and she basically just told me to look at the guide. The guide being as good as useless and not wanting to look lazy or get it wrong, I sent a 5,000 word essay and got no feedback for nearly 2 weeks. At which point she told me I needed to write more!

I included some points she had mentioned and ended up resubmitting a 6,000+ word essay...which I got no feedback on for 20 days, and when I did get feedback it was only because I had complained!

This course contains a minimum of 3 assignments per module and 10 modules. If a similar word count is expected for every assignment (even the unmarked ones) then this course requires 180,000 words...and if the response times to get your assignments accepted are all like they were for my first assignment (a month), then you need 2.5 years...and that's just to get feedback...not to mention writing your epic assignments.

Now they are telling me that I am not entitled to a refund because the 15 day "cooling off period" has passed. They knew I wouldn't be starting the course for at least a month after I paid for it in the first place and I was told that that would not be in any way an issue.

I will be complaining to ATHE but in the mean time please save yourself the stress and money of signing up with this farcical company.

Comprehensive, flexible, great value

I took an administrative assistant course that was packed with real world examples and tips that I could use right away. I got my first job in administration afterwards. I really appreciate how comprehensive the material was and the value I got. I believe employers appreciate to see your interest in learning, so taking courses with Global Edulink is a great way to show your commitment to become better. I definitely recommend!

Title: Fantastic Tool for Parents and Schools

Outstanding company to deal with!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Global Edulink. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by one of their employees, Michelle Fernandes.

Michelle went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. They were not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly friendly and patient. Their dedication to ensuring I was satisfied with the service was evident in every interaction.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Michelle Fernandes from Global Edulink, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I reached out, Michelle Fernandes was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful.

They took the time to understand my needs and provided clear and detailed information about the training programs available. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated their prompt responses and the way they handled my queries with patience and expertise.

I undertook a bsl course and they have ripped me off.

I undertook a bsl course. Completed level 1 and 2 after a struggle. Requested bsl 103 for months and received no booking. They have taken my money and now just ignoring me. I feel let down and out of pocket. I've studied hard and have been patient but they have just taken my money. The course is no longer available and they seem to have just shut me down. Not only am I let down but it had impacted on my effort to learn bsl and hindered my progression. Terrible course and I'm now seeking to be compensated because they have failed me. DO NOT DO THIS BSL COURSE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT YOU. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.In a climate where I'm seeking to be part of the signing community to help others and in an environment where the deaf community need this kind of support and require people to learn BSL.just so wrong to treat people this way.

It was a very good learning journey

It was a very good learning journey with Global edulink. I purchased a course bundle includes PRINCE2 foundation & practitioner and ITIL4 foundation. All 3 courses are great. High quality learning content and received excellent support. I was able to successfully passed the Prince2 foundation exam recently. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I recently completed Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership course

I recently completed Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma course from global edulink as part of pre-MBA to top up into MBA programme in a University. I was able to obtain admission to a University's MBA fast track programme after submitted all my documents along with this Level 7 Extended Diploma certificate. It is a pleasure and thankful to everyone supported me at global edulink.

Dreadful and Insulting Experience

On 30th December 2023, courses were offered at a discounted price and the end of the sale was 31st December 2023. When I purchased the course, through Global Edulink website the discounted rate was not there. I purchased it, enquired about the discount to a member of staff and they stated that I am eligible for the discount and that I will receive a refund of the difference.

I wrote an email at the start of February 2024 regarding the refunded discount difference. The course advisor, Michelle Fernandes stated that the company was "actively addressing it". A month later, I followed up, Michelle Fernandes stated again they were "actively addressing it". In April 2024, Michelle Fernandes shared that "We have identified the cause of the delay". Fast forward to 15th October 2024, Michelle Fernandes highlights that "Unfortunately, your refund is currently delayed due to a system delay in the process". Ten months down the line of purchasing the course and the matter has not been resolved. I've only received copied and pasted emails from Michelle Fernandes and no valid explanation. Furthermore, you are unbale to get in contact to a member of staff via the office number nor via WhatsApp. Nothing was done.

Continuation of review, PLEASE READ….

On 15 October 2024, I submitted the review and what was written above. On 17th October 2024 Michelle Fernandes emailed the following to me, on behalf of Global Edulink “After considering and discussing with the relevant department we will be processing the refund within the next 24 hours. In the meantime, we consider if you could edit or change your negative review that would be a great help.” (If I could upload the image of the email, I would).

My account details were asked for and I gave them via email. A week goes by, I did not receive the refund, I chased it up three times and there was no sufficient response, the same generic response. Almost a month has gone by, and I did not receive any form of communication or refund.

The way this matter has been dealt with has been atrocious, appalling and insulting.
