ONLINE CLASSES

I really enjoyed the online class and the format it was presented in. For me, I learned and retained much more through an online class due to the fact you can do the course as an open book.This really made me search for the answer and in return, I retained more information. I found it relaxing to be able to turn the work on the assignments and test at my leisure and when I had the time. I liked the fact I was very clear that more internet research may be necessary for some assignments To be honest, there is nothing that I disliked about the course. I will definitely be taking another online course from you!

Quick resolution of query

I had a query when first accessing my course and Jazeel was very quick to get it resolved for me. They kept me informed of the progress and resolved it the same day.

customer service is non existent

customer service is non existent, never answer phones and take months to issue your exam voucher... which I'm still waiting for.

Did a course with Edulink Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training – AET (Formerly PTTLS).

Very wonderful staff - easy to access, the materials were very user friendly, I am glad I chose them and will highly recommend them to any student

One of the worst training institution I…

One of the worst training institution I have come across, I have lost my harden money. They don’t respond via chat or email . Can anyone respond to my email sent. You have to refund my money or send me exam voucher with in 24hrs.

@ Trustpilot- can you let me know if this company still exists?? I will also check through other sources.

Great Course, usef

I recently completed the SQL Fundamentals for Business Intelligence course, and it was fantastic! The step-by-step setup for PostgreSQL and pgAdmin made it easy to get started, and the DVD rental database was a great hands-on learning tool. Key concepts like SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, and JOINs were explained clearly, and I appreciated the focus on avoiding common mistakes.

Awful company - Avoid

Avoid this company. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and do not provide refunds. I have encountered multiple issues with them, including paying for a course only to find the course material unavailable. I have been waiting for a refund for over a year. I have tried to contact the CEO with zero luck to get my complaint resolved. Don't use this company!

I recently completed the Adult Nursing…

I recently completed the Adult Nursing Diploma with Global Edulink, and I must say the course was truly excellent! It provided a vast amount of information, covering essential aspects of adult nursing in great detail. Extremely Unprofessional – Still Waiting for My Refund


I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Global Edulink. I have been waiting for a refund of £581.40 since 25th June, and despite contacting them numerous times, I have received no resolution.

A representative named Michelle Fernandes keeps saying the refund is "under review," but it has now been over six months with no progress. This level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like they are deliberately avoiding taking responsibility.

I would strongly advise against taking any courses with Global Edulink. They do not value their customers and fail to honor their commitments. I demand my refund immediately.

If you’re considering signing up for their services, think twice—they are unprofessional and unreliable.

GlobalEduLink.com: Feels Like a Scam

My experience with GlobalEduLink has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating, and at this point, it feels like a complete scam.

I purchased a course from them in November 2023, and despite multiple requests, I didn’t receive access to the online course until March 2024—a delay of several months. This level of delay for something I paid for upfront is already unacceptable.

After a few months of studying, I needed the official book that was supposedly included in the course. I had to request it multiple times before finally receiving it. Fast forward to August 2024, I requested the official book again and, most importantly, the exam voucher, which is an essential part of completing the course and obtaining certification.

Since then, I have received nothing but vague responses telling me to wait. It's now mid-December 2024, and I am still waiting. Months of delays, ignored requests, and unfulfilled promises have left me feeling cheated out of both my money and time.

If this isn’t a scam, I genuinely don’t know what to call it. GlobalEduLink has failed to deliver what they promised and has shown a shocking lack of accountability and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable provider.
