Diploma in Legal Secretary course
I have just started the Diploma in Legal Secretary course and I have to say, it's by far one of the most comprehensive courses on the subject I have seen. It surpasses courses highly regarded in the industry by far! Not only does it cover most subjects but also in video format. The lecturer on Law Principles which I am currently on is passionate and explains clearly. An amazing course don't hesitate to join!

This is Study 365 under another brand
This is Study 365 under another brand. When I asked this, the web representative said 'we are a private organisation' and that 'Our company only owns the brand 'Global EduLink'.
Obviously not considering both websites, in their terms and conditions, state they are owned by Imperial Learning Limited. You can look into this company on Companies House.
Both are dubious organisations that only issue 'exam vouchers' after publicly calling them out as dubious. Look at the 1 star reviews for similar stories.
Excellent learning experience - CIPD Level 3
I had excellent learning experience by doing CIPD level 3 course from Globaledulink. Tutor supports, live webinar and group discussions were interactive and directed leaners to next steps of the programme exceptionally well. Enjoyed all 4 units and special thanks to my course tutor Dr.Paul and customer services at Global Edulink.

British Sign Language level 1 course is the best BSL course
British Sign Language level 1 course is amazing. It is the best sign language course I ever have studied. Top class video tutorials and assessments. Both tutors, Mario and Bethany are doing it great and I enjoyed every topic of the course and was able to improve my sign language skills significantly. This is highly recommended course with no doubt.

I have just completed my Level 1 Sign Language
I have just completed my Level 1 Sign Language course from Global Edulink. My tutor was Mario and he was really good in teaching sign language as him also from the same community. It was challenging at the beginning but I was supported well for learning and preparation for the assignments. The only thing is now waiting for the certificate. However I am hoping to do the next level from global Edulink if they have got it.

Excellent experience from tutor Duncan, she is incredibly supportive and well informed. Duncan guided me through the requirements of Education and training and help me apply the classroom learning to real world scenario. Having teaching experience over several years he understands teacher role and teaching approaches. He transferred his knowledge and experience to my learning very well going beyond just providing feedback to my assessment and answering to my queries.

My tutor Dani was great. She helped me throughout the course at her best. Her prompt reply and constructive feedback was very helpful for me to complete the course as I planned. Customer service has done great effort to accommodate me for all my questions and requirements. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A COURSE THROUGH GLOBAL EDULINK.
Unfortunately I have had an appalling experience with this company. I booked onto the Prince2 Agile course last August. The pre-recorded video lessons were uninspiring and did not transition in a sensible linear progression. I tolerated this and supplemented the themes with additional reading. This was my first mistake. The company ask you to request vouchers in order to take the final exams (and receive any form of digital supporting literature). I requested these in February of this year and was told they can take up to 24 days. After 24 days I contacted them and got a blunt message saying that the vouchers would take up to 24 days. Very little was heard from then on. When I raised a complaint I was told that there was a glitch in the system and the vouchers would come soon. We’re now in September and I no longer need to complete the course, and even if I did I would need to completely relearn the course material. I requested a refund and was told that they wouldn’t refund me as I had accessed the course. Instead they offered me 2 free CPD courses (that are always on special offer). The funny thing is I still didn’t get my original exam vouchers. When I complained and again requested a refund, I was told “Great news, your vouchers will be coming soon” They are now ignoring me. Nobody answers the phones. No vouchers. I have no doubt that this is a legitimate company, but their service, quality and integrity has been extremely poor.

Worst experience
I was looking for some course and saw this company on Google search. I inquired about it to their website . This guy by the name JAZEEL FAIZAL , apprearantly he is a course adviser there he called me and spoke with me very rudely he was trying to sell the course and I understand it's his job but you can not force someone to buy something . I asked some basic questions about the course and he did not knew anything about it. Then I said I would like to visit the premises and then buy the course he got annoyed by that and started talking in bad language. Worst experience I ever had. I don't think they have any physical premises in UK they are just selling somebody's pre recorded courses that's all.

Very slow to issue exam vouchers
Very slow to issue exam vouchers.
I have paid for a course in May 2024 being advised after purchase it would take 7-24 business days to receive my exam vouchers to complete my Prince 2 exam. Whilst initially helpful with some technical issues on the portal they appear to now be completely non responsive, despite calling and leaving V/M's daily and sending numerous emails. Please urgently contact me to resolve this situation (Full name Harriet Baxter). Edit to this review, I can confirm that I have now been issued with exam vouchers paid for and been contacted with an apology following posting this review.
