Air source heat pump
We have very recently had an air source heat pump fitted at our home by Global Energy Systems.
So far we are very pleased with everything. The whole process went seamlessly and the fit was completed within weeks of placing our order. A very professional business with friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Good communication and help when needed. Planning, delivery and installation all went as promised and all the teams were polite, considerate and hardworking. Plenty of hot water all the time - heating as needed and no need to worry about the cost or the availability of oil.

3 Winters, a very large old house and nothing to complain about
Have had the system for over 2 years and it has surpassed our expectations magnificently.
It’s a Victorian house with no underfloor heating, but this hasn’t proved to be a problem.
Running costs are cheaper than expected.
Because temperature in radiators is lower than oil/gas, it takes a bit longer to get up to your requirements, but that’s not a problem - get it to come on earlier!
Global Energy is a superb company to deal with, and they been very quick, friendly and efficient at dealing with the couple of minor teething problems at the beginning.
I’ve been trying to spread the word about Air Source Heat Pumps and Global Energy ever since it’s been up and running.

A very happy customer.
We looked at various companys for AirSource heat pumps and chose Global because they tailored the system to our application and needs.
Communication between us,them and the fitting team was reasuring also. All in all the whole process was very professional and ran smoothley.
We are only a week up and running but I am already very impressed after being some what sceptical about these systems. Our house is warm and our water is HOT. To top it all off we are going to save a few quid and help preserve our planet for the future generations, win win.

We have had our Eco boiler for four years now and we have received excellent service from Global Energy Systems.The boiler is a huge success and on the very odd occasion we have had to contact them it's always been a very personal ,friendly and helpful relationship with their after sales team and we could not recommend them highly enough !
