Service given to my partner & I as members of this group has been excellent
We are currently in the process of planning our trips for 2020 and look forward to many more happy holidays

We had a lovely (executive) apartment with separate bedroom and spacious lounge. The location was in the centre of Tivat, a short taxi ride from the airport. Easy walking to the beach, promenade and Porto Montenegro with the exclusive boats, shops and restaurants. Plenty of sightseeing trips available. Good, inexpensive bus service from outside the hotel.
Only disappointment with the hotel was that the busy season was coming to an end and so the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. However, there were lots of restaurants only a short walk away, so no inconvenience.
We would recommend staying in Tivat and using it as a base to explore other parts of Montenegro. Kotor is a lovely old town, but a tourist trap with lots of cruise liners arriving as well a coaches, so very busy. A good place for souvenir shops though. We had fabulous weather 26’ every day at the end of September. Will definitely return. The scenery is amazing, people lovely, food good and everything reasonably priced.

Since we joined GGH we have had excellent holiday locations during the past 3 years membership. We have used 6 or 7 of their many Resorts in Majorca, mainland Spain and the Canary Islands.
GGH didn’t limit the number of weeks we could use each year, typically we have been getting away for 10 weeks each year much to the disappointment of our cats! The quality of accommodation is very good, since we prefer self-catering to allow us to dine in restaurants in the locality. We often choose 2-bed Apartments to give us extra comfort, or to allow our family to join us.
We have also arranged for our children to book independent holidays using GGH with our membership without any charge.

Accommodation is good with 3 pools , so excellent for all ages. Everything you require for eating in appt is provided.
There was very good evening entertainment on several nights a week
Good location to visit the whole of the island.
Plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach.

We are not long back from another lovely stay in Majorca with GGH. I cannot recommend the resorts enough. We stayed at the Aucanada Club in Alcudia which has to be our favourite although we also like Cala Pi which is in the South of the island. The Aucanada Club is great for children too and has a lovely pool and very friendly staff. It is only a 15 min walk into the port or the Old town the other way. The port is great for kids as well, and there is a great choice of shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to go back and thank you once again for a lovely holiday which was stress free from start to finish just what we needed.

We had a fabulous holiday in Thailand, staying first at Hyatt Place in Patong and The Banyan Tree in Bangkok. Our agent Caroline arranged all this for us and for an excellent job. The hotels were fantastic and the staff friendly, efficient and polite at all times. Thanks for a great holiday!!

This was the same quality of service we experienced when arranging our holiday earlier this year.
We have been members of GGH for the past two years and their commitment to ensure that everything is just right has always been paramount.

All the arrangements were excellent and the holiday was very enjoyable. The offer of being able to make alternative flight arrangements to suit our requirements was very much appreciated.

Everything worked like clockwork from the flight bookings, the private transfer to the hotel. The return flight was almost an hour late, which was frustrating for a late flight home, but was not GGH's fault of course.

we spent a week at the Sleep with me Hotel, very central for a venture around Patong, the hotel was nice sometimes a little noisy as it was right in the middle of a busy town.

Rooms were a good size, no baths only showers not sure if this was standard for all rooms we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Buffet type breakfast but nice selection. Loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Lovely resort at the top of a hill about 15-20 mins downhill to the beach with a coastal boardwalk. There are plenty of resturants and 4 large supermarkets at the bottom of the hill. The resort itself is excellent but our apartment balcony could do with refurbishing and the choice of uk t.v. channels is limited to BBC news which needs increasing to include the 5 basic channels for people who wish to spend a quiet night in.

Three great relaxing weeks at two locations in Mallorca. Thanks GGH! Looking forward to September now for our next vacation.

All in all just perfect! We had the pleasure of staying at Au Canada just outside Alcudia and this really was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The accommodation was faultless - clean, comfortable (especially beds and pillows). Everything provided was of good quality and we lacked for nothing. The situation is just perfect - an easy 20min stroll into Port Alcudia with its fantastic beaches and range of restaurants. We also ate at Au Canada`s restaurant which was excellent (so nice to have it on site) and very much enjoyed the entertainment provided. The pools are delightful, as are the gardens. The staff were friendly, polite and professional - they do all they can to ensure a stress-free holiday.

We joined GGH two years ago and have nothing but praise for the staff in all the resorts, we have so far visited. The travel centre and Administration department; provide a first class service and as such, have booked us holidays, flights and car rentals for all our family.
We had our doubts at first; however this is working for us and we intend to use all the resorts and facilities over the next years ahead of us. It has allowed us to move away from our previous set of long haul products into one that will better suit our retirement. The ability to have as many holidays in a year as we wish and have the financial stability it offers; is without doubt a key reason for joining GGH.

We cant thank GGH enough for all their help with our last holiday! We had a great time in Thailand and cant wait to go back again. Also would like to thank Julie for all her patience with us and the great advice she gave. Looking forward to our next hols. Thanks again! Lou x
