My experience was great because Globus is very organized, and are good communicators. Our Tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Our visits to sites were meaningful with her descriptions and historical knowledge.

Everything was very well planned, from the tours to transfers, etc. Pre-travel communication was sufficient and clear which was very helpful. Tour guide along with local guides were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our recent Cosmos Tour in Rome for Jubilee 2025 was great! Travel Director MelissaG was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Our driver, Alessandro drove us to our destinations safely. Schedule was hectic but we were able to visit & see more of Rome and its Basilicas.

Full trip info given before hand. Questions I had always answered promptly via email. Trip was amazing. Blessed to briefly touch the Pope’s hand at The Papal Audience. Local guides v knowledgeable. Cosmos guide Melissa lovely patient friendly and professional. Vatican museum/Sistine Chapel awesome. Assisi interesting. Melissa even detoured so we could see tomb of Carlo Accutis. Very emotional. Completed 28 steps of Scala Santa on our knees. Spiritual. Being able to go to Confession in St Peter’s Basilica was unique. Got to walk through 3 Holy Doors ( Catholic Jubilee ) so happy.

Our tour guide was amazing, Roxanna was extremely professional, caring for the group, and very patient with the travelers who appeared to have some physical challenges. Our bus driver Antonio was just as amazing, he was cautious with the safety of the group, friendly, kind-hearted and extremely professional as well.
There was a glitch with the return flights with Air-Canada but the staff was very helpful with the problem.

Overall it was a great experience with all the sites we were able to see and visit

This was our first time ever traveling outside the U.S. and our tour guide Melissa made it seem effortless with all the arrangements that were done. She was very communicative when it came to our daily itinerary. And our bus driver Eddie made it seem like it was a piece of cake to drive that big bus on such narrow, congested streets. We will definitely be utilizing Cosmos again on our next big trip. They made all the arrangements for everything and all we had to do was go with the flow.

Staff were very efficient and helpful accommodation was comfortable there was plenty of information and the stops and shrines were amazing

I had lot of spiritual experience in visiting all the holy places. God bless you

Our Tour Guide and our Driver made the experience incredible. They made sur we were always safe and while we relaxed on the bus to our next destination they worked on ironing out nay snags that came up.
They made sure we got everywhere and had the best local guides imaginable. The knowledge and professionalism of these two men was fantastic.

We are very disappointed that a priest or Confession was not included our Jubilee pilgrimage.

This was our second time doing the "Footsteps of Paul" tour. Our guides were knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Second tour with George, first tour with Emily. Especially enjoyed the reading of scripture at the appropriate sites.

Awesome trip!! Great to be able to see in real life the places I read about in the Bible.

Attending the Papal Audience was great. Although it was hot, and we had to stand in line for an hour, we did get a seat, and I think our Tour Director, Melissa made it happen. The hotel was great. The breakfast was great. The driver of the bus was great. The places we visited was great. I liked that we had a day off, and I took a train to Pompeii, and am so happy for that experience. I highly recommend Cosmos and this particular trip. This was an incredible adventure (aka pilgrimage, trip) and look forward to the next one.

In just 12 days, our Tour guide from Cosmos made every bit of our pilgrimage filled with beautiful memories shared with our Church family. Every event, Church masses, hotel and restaurants were coordinate perfectly to give us a wonderful experience and a memorable one-full of history and breathtaking beauty.

We & our friends first time joined theCosmos tour .Roxana (our tour guide) is doing so Well makes us enjoyed the Pilgrimage tour out of Expectation.Antonio (bus driver) so Helpful & driving very careful especially on the way to Montserrat.
They both deserve a pay raise . WE definitely will join Cosmos again for our future trips.
