The trip was easy to book. Once we got there, it was fairly hassle free with meeting the group and figuring out where to go. The tour guide kept us informed just enough so we didn’t get lost. And we were moving in the right direction. The trip itself was amazing. We enjoyed all the sites and I think it spent the right amount of time at each one. We will definitely be going back there and visiting some of our favorite places for longer and seeing more parts of them.

Wonderful the hotels well locate organized explanation oh where we were going the driver Antonio very helpful and the guide director Roxanna great very well organize and prepare. Thank you

Our driver António,was beyond a great driver.Our tour guide Roxanne was amazing! The group was a little big, but she was very organize. I would preferred a smaller group in future. That may be the only thing I may mentioned to other’s inquiries regarding my personal experience. They both work well as a team! Incredible tour!

We absolutely loved our Cosmo trip. The guide, bus drivers were of the best quality ever. The tour was filled with beautiful places we would not have experienced if we had gone on our own. Three countries in ten days was perfect! We will definitely do another Cosmo trip.

Cosmos provides excellent tour directors who are significant to the success of the trip.
They select good hotels in good locations.
There are interesting optional tours which allow one to enhance their travel experience or some free time. These tours have outstanding local guides.
Since Cosmos tends to have groups larger than 25 the guides do need to consider the pace of the tours. If they go too quickly the people in the back of the tour are generally just getting to the picture spot and the front of the group has moved on.
I would definitely use Cosmos again.

Our tour director went above and beyond making sure the people that arrive late to the tour due to flight cancelation got the luggage to our next destination.

The guides shared wonderful facts and highlights at each stop. Their attention to detail made the trip smooth and worry free.

Jorge, our tour director is very good. The hotel in Lisbon gave skin rashes, similar to bed bugs' bites. The chef at our Fatima was not happy, because I have different food. I am gluten sensitive. I don't eat meat on Wednesday and Friday.
Jorge was excellent in taking care of our luggage.

We saw a lot of sites in a short amount of time.

The faith based tour was more than I had ever expected.

Beautiful places, great and very knowledge tour guides, lots of walking. Would have liked better recommendations for the on the go meals

Faith based tour to Fatima, Lourdes, the Vatican, St. Francis de Assisi is Disney Land for Catholics but with spiritual insight and meaning for which I will always remember. A trip highly recommended.

Rosa Rosa Rosa that's what made this trip so great she was the greatest guide I've ever had she was concerned happy and so knowledgeable and the driver also was spectacular he made us feel so safe

She is very knowledgeable,witty, caring and very helpful.
The only minus on our trip is no porterage service.

Our trip is what we have expected. The team from our initial purchasing the package was well handled and we are ensured that any potential delay with the airline will be handled by the Cosmos.

The organized trips are the best - the comfort of just sitting on the motorcoach and will take you to all the highlights of the tour. Information regarding the following day schedule is always provided a day in advance including time.

Our driver was the best. There were a couple of people (including my mother) with mobility challenges and our driver is always there to assist and the rollator are always ready every time we are ready to go. The kindness that he has shown is something to be recognized.
