They don't.......

They don't answer their phone. They don't answer emails. They don't respond to their contact form inquiry's. Their website however, will take your money immediately. Then you have no way of contacting them about your order or to ask them any questions. The only recourse you have is to get your credit card company to intervene.

Terrible Order Fulfillment, Worse Customer Service!

I found what I thought was a great Black Friday (weekend) deal. I have a Glock 42 that has always been hard to rack and disassemble. GlockStore had a sale Metallic Pin & Extended Controls Kit for Glock 42 and a Tungsten Guide Rod for G42. I added a Glock Disassembly Tool and the total was only $99.64. I hate to use my credit card for gun stuff so I got a Visa Gift Card, There was a $5.95 fee, so be it, I ordered the items online with card number and delivery info, on Sat. Nov. 26, 2022. On Mon. Nov. 28 I got two emails “GlockStore Billing error” at 1:10 PM and “*FINAL ATTEMPT* GlockStore: Billing Error” at 1:11 PM; YES ONE MINUTE APART. They were from a D.G. they both said “unfortunately, we are unable to process your order as the 3-digit security code you provided does not match your card and/or the issuing credit card records.  I replied with the full info. Then I checked the Visa Card website on the card this was the response :

So the Number & Pin didn't match but they already took the money out pending something? The next time I looked at GlockStore my order was canceled. I then got an email stating my order was in fact canceled but no explanation as to why. I called the customer service number and got a very 'make nice guy' W.T. Oh! It wasn't because the Visa number was wrong, they thought my address might be suspect. He wanted a copy of my drivers license with drivers number redacted, then I could reorder my parts. I scanned it redacted all non-pertinent numbers and sent it to him. Still no reply! Please note the original price with shipping was $99.64 to reorder it now is $145.90 a difference of $46.26. Stall tactic to avoid sale price? I could have saved a lot of money if they were competent. I will never buy anything from GlockStore.

Horrible vendor. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible vendor. I placed and order for a Sig Sauer Macro 365 17 round magazine that was supposed to be in stock. They send me an email stating the macro 365 magazine was in back order and was not available. There website still states is available. I ask if I would get it before Christmas and they stated they could not guarantee it. I ask why does the item show up as being available? They couldn’t give me any logical explanation. The rep stated the those orders were placed 6 months ago did not make any sense. And didn’t know if they would get any orders anytime soon. Total buffoonery on there part. Bunch of clowns . I had to cancel my order. Because they have no idea on how to run a store or website.

Safety & fitment issues with GSX100 frames

I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar completely so the gun will not fire. Also, the fit of the magazine release is poor as the lower front portion of the release stands proud of part of the frame on the right side which creates a sharp edge and looks bad. The frames came with a note mentioning the user might have to file the locking block or frame with the "included" file which was not included. It turns out the holes were much too far off for the average user to fix and in my opinion, most gunsmiths would not be willing to modify the locking block or frame as much as is necessary for assembly. I realize "it was designed to be tight", but I doubt it was designed so the holes do not align with the locking block. Although I was eventually able to get the locking block installed with the locking block pin and the trigger pin, the interreference is too tight for the pins to be removed without a hammer the way Glock intended and stock Glocks can be. The funny thing is the holes actually fit too far loose without the locking block in the frame. My guess is the holes have been enlarged slightly oversize in order to accommodate the poor placement of the holes which do not align correctly with the block. I watched the product video prior to purchasing and heard words such as "we did a damn good job" and "it's a high-end mold" only to be disappointed in fitment issues I would not associate with the comments in the video.

I purchased the GSX100 frame

I purchased the GSX100 frame. Big mistake. First there's the $40 "firearms shipping fee" they add to your order after advertising the item at a low ball price ($129). Be advised, this item will cost $169 plus tax. Then I receive the item after waiting 12 days for them to "overnight" ship the item ($40 shipping). Then I discover the item is defective after paying the transfer fee. So I contact the Glock Store who Then tells me I've installed the trigger incorrectly, but they cannot tell me how the trigger is installed incorrectly . Finally they agree to issue a return authorization number, but insist that an FFL is required to return the item. Now I'll have to pay another $60 to return the defective frame, plus another $40 for the Glockstore to return the frame to me. What a nightmare. Avoid this company if you can. Total rip off.

Are they drunk or just morons?

Lost my comp. Forgot to send internal slide parts. The cerakote had missed spots. They forgot to takeout my striker channel liner before cerakoting. The customer service people were polite, everyone else there must be drunk or total morons. They did pay for the lost comp and get me my parts, but it’s insane a business makes this many mistakes. Will never be doing business with them again, and will make sure all my associates know the company sucks a bag of male genitals.

I see that GlockStore has a lot of bad…

I see that GlockStore has a lot of bad reviews. I assume that those are accurate, but I had a positive experience with a recent purchase of a new G19 gen5 MOS. This was a pistol that I was unable to find in stock at other online stores, so I took a chance and ordered. The FedEx shipping label was created within 48 hours and I had my new "toy" in hand within 96 hours of them taking my money. Yes, in light of the bad reviews, I was concerned those 4 days when my money was gone and I had nothing in hand, but they (GS) came through for me. I'm sure that they did customers wrong in the past, but, if I needed something now, I think I would go with them again. Not only was the pistol in stock, but it was cheaper than BassPro (although I had to pay a little bit for the FFL transfer when ordering online). Still... worth it. I'd probably go with them again, but the negative reviews do concern me. I don't know if I got lucky or if GS has fixed their customer service issues. In any case, I got everything I hoped for, at a good price, and am happy with my experience. Would repeat.

Glock Store Gen 2 Ulimate Trigger Recall

I was notified of a MANDATORY recall on the Gen 2 Ultimate Triggers this past July, July 7, 2022 to be exact.

I received the RMA info, disassembled the trigger / trigger arm from the lower and sent it in. Note - what if I didn't have the knowledge / tools to do this myself? Another expense from a gunsmith I suppose.

The trigger / trigger arm was received by GS Performance on July 19, 2022

After numerous emails with GS Performance, I still do not have the replacement trigger (time of this writing - 09/23/2022 - almost 10 weeks later)

All E-Mail correspondence has been with "Brandon".

One guy answering all E-Mails for GS?

I eventually asked if this could be escalated and received a reply from Brandon stating "So I escalated this directly to our assembly tech lead and the replacement trigger has now been processed. Depending on when shipping gets it, the replacement trigger should go out either today or tomorrow and you will receive a tracking information email once it is about to ship!"

That was 09/14/2022. I reached out again this past Tuesday, 09/20/2022, no word back and still no replacement trigger. Typically there would be a reply E-Mail stating that we are overwhelmed with returns blah, blah, blah.

Without a sidearm for 2 and a half months. Not happy.

have had little problem with the…

have had little problem with the glockstore, except excessively long wait times on the phone, for years.
recently ordered a pyramid trigger for a 42/.380. took weeks to arrive. easy to install but did not work, no trigger reset. numerous phonecalls (plus hours of wait time), resulted in my 3 videos being sent, none were responded to. last phone call resulted in shipping label, so the pyramid was returned for whatever tweaking, exchange, or refund they decide.
this entire ordeal has been a huge hassle. am back to the oe trigger, works consistently & reliably. have a lot of money & time invested in a product they claim is tested before shipping. wrote similar review on the glockstore website, but hasn’t been published.

Super long delay on shipping/Magill Spreading Bad Info

Super long delay on shipping. Also I don't trust anything Lenny Magill has to say. In one of his videos he claims one should never carry with a bullet in the chamber. That goes against what everyone else states.

Ask any police officer and they will laugh at Lenny Magill's statement.

I will NEVER buy from them again or watch any of his videos and tell everyone to ignore his videos and store.

Dishonest Company

I asked if a product was in stock and they said yes. Placed the order right then and then get an email saying it is out of stock. Terrible company. So now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my $ back.

Incompetent company with no customer service

Purchased a pyramid trigger kit on 3/31, and I've called them every month asking for a status update on when I'd receive it. Every time I'd get the same answer "It's not being built, and we don't know when it'll be built, and we can cancel the order for you if you want".

That's NOT what I wanted, I wanted the stupid trigger kit I ordered, but the last two reps I spoke with literally said "Look it's been almost 5 months, I would just cancel it, I don't think we have any intention of actually fulfilling the order at this point"

Thanks for wasting my time, Glock store. I will never purchase another item from them, and you shouldn't either.

Horrible business

Horrible business! Do not shop thru them. Beware! I placed an order on 4/22/2022 for a cerakote on my Glock slide and for sights to be installed. I sent them my slide and they received on 5/3/22. On 5/17, I emailed them as it is extremely hard to get thru to a person on the phone and they confirmed via email that they did receive my slide on 5/3. On 6/7 I emailed them asking for a status and they responded that they were relocating and this caused a delay in all orders. I subsequently contacted them on 6/22, 6/30, 7/8, 7/22, 8/9 and 8/11. I had asked in this email string to just cancel the order and refund me which they refused. Their last email to me on 8/11 stated that they are having a problem with their vendor and have no eta and they would not cancel. Horrible business and horrible customer service. I have been unable to use this firearm for now over three months. STAY AWAY!!

Website is not updated to reflect what they have in stock! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

where do I start. From the beginning is always good..
I ordered a tee shirt, which seems to be a simple task.. right? no delivery , no birthday gift! the only answers the company has is that their website is not updated. so what you see, is not what is in stock. so basically what you see is not actual. the transaction was done, they get the money but the product is not available.

Very unresponsive

Very unresponsive. They wait more than 4 days after the order was placed.
They will not ship your order online until you call their CS which will put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Beside I also left them an email regarding my order status. No reply after 5 days later after I made a call.
If I didn't call. They probably will never ship the order. Yet, they charge my CC in less than 24 hrs.
Really bad online store. Stay away.

Worst products & customer service in…

Worst products & customer service in the industry… “DANGEROUS”
I have thrown away a couple of there pyramid kits literal “JUNK”
They were very rude to myself and a few of my friends and family, it just took a few conversations with other Glock owners to see that absolutely none of us would purchase anything from this outfit again. I rarely give negative feedback but in this case it’s warranted.

Glock store sucks

Glock store sucks, they sent me wrong item and then wanted me to pay 15% restocking fee, 5$ fee, plus Shipping Fee,.. you guys are redicilous, selling innacurate itesm then charging 50% of the price to get you item back, WOW NEVER USING THIS SCAMMERS AGAIN. DONT RECCOMEND ANYONE USING THEM EITHER< YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED WITH THEM
