I have had no problems with the Glockstore online. I have orderd several product parts and received them in quite a timely manner. Ive been nothing but extremely satisfied with the service provided by Lenny McGills Glock store.

Awful customer service.

The entire experience at the Nashville Location was awful. Rude staff, no one to help you as the staff just sits there. Ordered gun to be delivered to the store while in the store. Charged credit card immediately and never called to say gun was in. When arriving at the store no one will help you. The worst customer experience and attitude. An awful experience. Do not recommend this store.

Great Service Great Customer Care and Support.

I just wanted to inform you of the super awesome support that I received from Brian K. A very professional young man with a can do attitude.

Brian took care of getting me the right red dots and sights for my Glock 30sf and my Glock 17. He took his time went over the devices with me and ensured me that I had the best red dots and sights for my pistol and ensured the changes was submitted to the custom dept.

This made my life a lot easier. Again Brian K professionalism, skill set, and attention to detail caught multiple errors within my order which long term save me time and money.

I enjoyed the positive and professional attitude and will highly recommend him to others. Thank him and advance for me.

I bought a trigger in February

I bought a trigger in February. Was told it would be shipped right out. Then told in a month. Ok fine. Then today I was told they didn't receive payment. I looked at my credit card, and it was taken out. I called to talk to customer service. The person was very rude. Told me it was between my bank and I. Wouldn't help at all. Total hose job. Don't spend your money. They just take it. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased 4 SS80 s from GS in…

I purchased 4 SS80 s from GS in Sept/Oct 21. All 4 had fitment issues with the locking block not fitting into the frame. I called their ‘customer service.’ The guy was nice and requested pictures, which I had already taken and sent immediately. This was in November and these were
Christmas presents, so I had a deadline. Their response to my email (which had pictures attached) was “please send pictures.” In any case, they agreed to replace 3 locking blocks and they were back ordered. So, I waited… I did the best I could with the locking blocks I had. This requires significant grinding and fitting to get them to function. (I have built several other similarly constructed
Pistols with never such a poor fit.). After we month, I received a FedEx envelope with a pa long slip and a nasty note. The packing slip showed 3 locking blocks but only contained 1. The nasty note said “this is the last time we will replace these. Summary, they have lousy customer service and disdain for their customers. And they can’t count! Arrogant and incompetent make for a lousy company.

i dealt with the glock store in the past, it was very professional. Lenny was awsume to deal with, promped replys to emails an calls. im a a loyal customer too stores i deal with.
4-5 years since ive dealt with them, but know, No Returned Calls or E-Mails.
how can you invest your hard earned money into a companie, that cant reply to you.
VERY SAD, IT USE TO BE VERY GOOD STORE & REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE
THE STORE GETS BACK ON TRACK.

Don't ignore the negative reviews of glockstore

I placed an order, and an email said they had a problem with it, and to send a copy of my driver's license and credit card (only last 3 digits exposed). I didn't want to do that without verifying it wasn't a phishing email. So, I called their customer service, was on hold for an hour, and then got a message that they were now closed. This was dead smack in the middle of their business day out there. Don't ignore all the negative reviews of this company and their customer service. You'll do so at your own peril. I did get a notice that the order had been cancelled.

No one wants to steal your crappy…

No one wants to steal your crappy products. I walked in and the owner (midget man with beard) told his employer to keep an eye on me.
Place has no products. Don't waste your time. You won't find anything and if you do, they can't sell it unless you're LEO

I ordered a guide rod and it took them 12 days to process my order, the way they ship, and processed orders is so stupid. Why can’t they just process the orders as they receive it, they wait for a week or four days to process. Calling their costumer service phone line sucks no one answers it, why in the hell do you guys have a costumer service phone line if nobody is gonna answer it

I'd give it zero stars if I could

I'd give it zero stars if I could. A nightmare to deal with, it took two months to ship out a laser sight I bought my cousin for christmas. He didn't get it in time. When I finally got it, it wasn't even the right part and their fabulous 30 day return policy ensured I couldn't even return the product since they took their sweet time delivering. I ordered from Amazon and got the right part literally the next day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They deserve to go under. I can't believe they're using glock's good name to get traffic through their website and have the audacity to give such subpar service. You will never reach someone on the phone so good luck ever getting help on anything. F*** this place

I wish I had searched reviews before…

I wish I had searched reviews before placing my order.
I was lured in by the MCK video so placed an order including a new Glock 22. The first email was verifying the order and the second was the "out of stock" email. I started following the website to follow the order fulfillment as I do with the other gun vendors I frequent. Reaching a human is IMPOSSIBLE! I've emailed and called several times without reaching a customer service person. I called customer service again on Monday at 5:00 EST. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, listening to the endless sales, I'm told that the store is closed practically in the middle of their workday. I believe this site is a scam looking for unsuspecting Glock owners to rip off!

A real costumer

I am a real costumer (order SO-1362596):
-the shipment was very delayed without updates
-one part does not worked as advertised: the Costumer "service" with delayed answer, no apologies or explanation, the return policy looks like an menacing statement where you are guilty for everything.
My advice: check other options.
Glock Store have a huge marketing force, but not supported by a real service and client focus.
Use it only for the Magill's videos in You Tube

Poor Customer service

I placed an order on 12/08/21 the site stated all items were in stock I received an DO NOT REPLY email stating they were on back order after 30 days My money would be refunded I made several dozen phone calls the recording said the mail box is full good by the one time I did get through I told the guy I wanted to cancel My order HE HUNG UP ON ME ! every email I sent went without reply Lenny McGill you and Your store suck!

Lied to me

Sent in my Glock 19 slide to be machined and red dot installed. During the process enough heat was generated to damage firing pin channel liner. When I got the slide back the sticker/firing pin wold not go into the channel. I have another GLOCK 19 and tried to put the sticker from that G19 slide with same results. Now I had to send the slide back and a week later they sent the gun back saying the spring cups on firing pin assembly were mis aligned. BS I tried the assembly with another G19 firing pin. This was a CYA lie on their part to deny the fact they made a mistake. I got the slide back and it worked but why did they Lie? Their Glock parts are WAY over priced. Do the research. As much as 50% higher than other retailers.

What a BOGUS Company

Boy do I wish I had searched reviews before dealing with this company. I spend time searching for a product, finally find it (I thought) and place my order. Once placed and they have my credit card info, I immediately get an email stating that the item is out of stock. It also said that they will hold my order for 30 days and if it is still not in stock by that time, I will have to try and reorder.

By not telling you that the item is out of stock on their website and then take your credit card info anyway is really fraudulent. Total crap.

I don't order something to then wait for an undermined amount of time to have it maybe delivered. There are too many other companies that you can order from.

They want a picture of my DRIVERS LICENSE

These people sent me a notification of successful order, charged my account , and 2 days later sent me email that my order was canceled because they’re worried about credit card fraud. First of all, I used a debit card. Second , my account was charged . Third, I receive an email that my order is cancelled. Fourth, in that email they asked me to provide a picture of my debit card as well as my DRIVER LICENSE. I sent multiple nasty emails demanding a refund and assured them I will never shop on their site again as well as steer future customers from shopping their site. They want my DRIVERS LICENSE and DEBIT CARD sent to them to “confirm” my order after I’ve already shopped at their store and had a decent experience. Absolutely do NOT purchase anything from this site. UNREAL.

Cancelled an order for a product which…

Cancelled an order for a product which was out of stock for a month. Understandable since this was a third party vendor. The customer service representative was short rude and couldn't care less. I'm not sure he works for GlockStore or just didn't care. I do not recommend using GlockStore.
