My light stopped working after 6 months,i contacted Glocusent who replied straight away and have agreed to replace it. Amazing customer service, im very happy, thank you once again.

These are not the first or second LED music stand lights we have bought, but they are far and away the best ! ! ! !

I’m just an individual who has had the need to contact Glocusent about a 12 month old book light asking but not expecting for help
Well I’m absolutely knocked out by the response from this company not only for the quick reply but also for the fact that they didn’t question me only to ask for the order number date of purchase
Wow what a great response from this company the next thing I knew they wanted my email address and my home address and hey presto sent me a new one it was just the last thing I expected This in my opinion is excellent company that believes in its warranty and delivers the best customer service I have never had such service before and I would have absolutely have no trouble in recommending this company to anyone

Great product and AMAZING customer support. I purchased their headboard lamp a year and a half ago. It’s a great product with a lot of great features. A couple weeks ago it started not turning on. I sent an email to their support email and received a reply in no time. They replaced the product at no cost to me and with out a single hassle. After the replacement was delivered, they even followed up with me to make sure I was happy and everything was ok with the replacement. No one does this anymore. Their customer support should be an example for all companies.

I enjoy the light but wish it was a little brighter and I thought it was LED but it still suits my needs.

Great product, reasonable price, prompt delivery

Being rechargeable and the feature to vary not only the level of light but also the type of light (bright vs two other types) make this product OUTSTANDING! It is a little slippery on your neck with no collar if you are moving but very helpful for reading, sewing, etc where light is not optimum. The company also stands behind their product's performance like few these days.

We bought two, mainly for reading in bed. One can stay up while one of us reads.
Other uses, for me, it puts light right where I need it. Really like the rechargeable battery. No more fumbling with batteries. Considering as gifts for Christmas.

I lost my charging cord for my neck light & could not get someone at your company to answer the phone. I took a chance & ordered the charging cord offered. It fit one of my USB ports & the light is charging.

A good product for musicians. Unfortunately my first one did have a fault but this company bent over backwards to sort the issue and sent out a new one that day. Excellent light.

Wonderful product! Fast delivery. Wish I had this years ago. Playing the violin so much better now that I can see the music.
