The mailed attachment for the neck light fit the light and worked appropriately. I used the attachment on all neck lights in my son's house.

The stand light got here so quickly and it works so well. I’m giving 2 as gifts.

I purchased 3 sets and need one more as my granddaughter loved mine so much she took it with her. She would use a headlamp but found them irritating on her head and not as direct a light

I was able to find Glocusent's website and filled our their Support form late one evening, i got a response within minutes seeking my address, amazon order details and confirmation that a replacement would be sent out. I am very happy with my Booklights. They are well made, instructions are clear, and it is easy to operate. I especially appreciate the timer feature. My one wish for these (and so many other) products is to remember that us old folks are still a large consumer group. Making the instructions NOT require a magnifying glass would be so very helpful.

Their product is well made-the clip is
steel with a strong spring & wide foot for a good grip. The lamp has 3 color modes, 5 intensity settings & a 30 minute timer. The gooseneck is really sturdy & holds adjustment well.
Customer service is all you could ask for. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
