I ordered my neck light on June 8th
I ordered my neck light on June 8th. I have not received it yet. I want it before Sat June 24th when I go on vacation. Tracking says the package has been in Melrose Park since 3:30 a.m. on the 15th. Disappointed jn the delivery process.

The whole process went very smoothly and professionally; I was positively surprised with the customer support when I mistakingly chose standard shipping to Poland (I wanted the product sooner than later), so I e-mailed the customer support, explained my mistake and asked how I could pay additional cost for a faster shipment. I was sent a quick response that my request had been received and the Amazon’s expedited mode had been chosen for a fast delivery (I did not have to make any additional payment after all) - many thanks for this! Everything arrived as estimated, which is great!
As for the The Glocusent Upgraded Rechargeable LED Neck Reading Light itself I am very satisfied using it for reading and even as a flashlight when it is dark outside. I also bought one for my mother-in-law as a birthday present (she loves reading books, especially in the evening) and she is very satisfied with it as well. We still have to asses how many hours it can last without a recharge, but apart from this the light works as expected - I can recommend it!
