I’ve had a terrible experience with…

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company I bought some shoes for my son when they arrived they put them on him and they were too small so he never wore them I try to exchange or return and I was getting a lot of pushback from the company asking me to prove that they were sent in the wrong size I explain that they were not sent in the wrong size that the reason I was returning was because my sons foot was too fat and they did not fit I was even called a liar by the representative so so far I have to say this company has extremely rude employees and it’s a hassle if you ever try to return anything beware do not buy

Great product and customer service

The shoes are adorable! Great quality, easy to get on and off and you can just throw them in the wash if they get dirty.

I ordered two pairs and one came in the wrong size. The customer service was excellent, they responded very quickly and are sending a new pair in the correct size free of charge.

Usually our shipping times take 1-2 weeks, but if a customer has a delay we will partially refund for the inconvenience to satisfy the customer. Our shipping times take 1-2 weeks, expect future orders to arrive in that timeframe. Majority of our customers are actually really impressed with the quality of our shoes. I am assuming you were sent a faulty shoe and we are so sorry for that. We can re send you a brand new shoe that is not faulty, or you can email us once again and we will send you a full refund! It took awhile to get, but that was out of the company's control under these circumstances. The came well packed and good quality product.

Very impressed with product & service!

Super happy with the quality of the product! The wrong size was delivered to me but customer service dealt with it right away. Super impressed with how fast they responded & solved the problem.
Would 100% recommend this product!!!

can't comment on the shoes....as they…

can't comment on the shoes....as they haven't arrived yet.....been on the road somewhere for 18 days. Glorefits can't offer any help, and their tracking system isn't working ("The tracking website is a little off lately and won't track packages."...a little off??). They need to find a more expedient way to ship.
