I feel totally ripped off
I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes.
After waiting weeks the shoes finally arrived. They were nothing like I ordered plus they were too small.
After numerous emails to get an address, to return the shoes I FINALLY got an address.
I posted them back on the 19th August.
I got notification from Australia Post that the parcel had been delivered.
Since then I’ve been trying to get a refund.
After spending $64.68 plus $29 postage they have offered me $15.70 refund.
Please be very careful of this unscrupulous company.
Another lesson learnt.

I have placed my order and keenly await dispatch and delivery of my item. So far I have been very impressed with how easy the process was with Glovera to select my item, read a detailed synopsis of all the features of my item, a smart watch and I was happy there was no postage and handling fee and that there was a promise the order would be processed that day and sent out promptly. That all gives me peace of mind. Thanks Glovera!

I have observed this company and its product over a year or so, and thought how unique and colourful the product appears. I want to brighten up my black and white holiday wardrobe and felt the turquoise jacket would do that perfectly. The sizing and purchase process was easy and now I can't wait to wear my new jacket.
