I ordered a test pot (because you need to if contemplating a new foundation). I don't mind paying for the sample (though I'd rather not have to!) but adding postage & packaging costs is just taking the proverbial. The post cost should be absorbed by the tester charge.

Lovely products, look and feel just as good, if not better than other more expensive brands I've used, and so good to know there's nothing harmful in them! Getting the samples is really helpful before choosing the right colours. Will definitely be shopping here from now on!

Glow Organic have fantastic natural beauty brands which I love. I was trying to find where I could buy Hynt in the UK and suddenly found I could buy it here! I have recently purchased Hynt concealer whilst under a promotion, but unfortunately the product was out of stock. I asked Customer Service to let me know when it would be back in stock and they offered to hold the promotion for me until it was back in stock which they did and I ordered it. Above and beyond fantastic Customer Service I would say! Thank you Glow Organic
