I purchased this mask a year ago, and my remote recently quit working for no apparent reason. I reached out to the company multiple times to see about getting a replacement and no response. This is an expensive product that should last years. Just beware that you will likely get no customer service if anything goes wrong with your product.
Do not buy! Fraudulent business practices! I recieved a different product from what I purchased and when I reached out about it to Glowtherapy, they indicated it was a better version but could not provide me any specs to back up their product despite following up multiple times. Finally, I pushed for a refund and they sent me a return label and that was the last I heard from them. I returned the product and never recieved a refund despite following up mulitple times over several months. I would tell you look at all their one star reviews on their site but of course they keep deleting them!
I haven’t purchased, only interacted with website. The responses take quite some time to receive. While I got a nice explanation of why/how it’s so much cheaper than competitors, they would not reply to the question on proving FDA clearance their website clearly states their product posses.
