TINY BATTERIES AWFUL QUALITY
The quality of the items I bought was shocking! Most broke within minutes and some items had tiny batteries which are very unsafe for any children! Half the items didn’t work as soon as I opened the plastic and the head boppers had sharp plastic and loose bulbs with exposed wires.
I’m waiting to hear back about a refund but overall I will never buy from Glowtopia again.

I was in a pickle with a kids Halloween party and the service I received from Glowtopia was incredible. I was running out of time to get things delivered to me but their help and assistance was 1st class. Would absolutely use them again. The products came quickly and all correct. Very pleased
Ordered some light up wands and i was very happy with them. Even though they were classed as budget wands they were of excellent quality. Nice bright flashing lights too. Bought for my grandaughter as the butterfly solar light keeps disappearing from the garden. She uses it for a wand! Great quality excellent delivery and a brilliant price.

Great customer service
I received my initial order in time, but was unfortunately sent the wrong colour. I contacted the company and they very quickly rectified this and sent out a replacement order with express delivery. I'm very impressed at their level of customer service and will be purchasing from their company in the future.

Disgusting items and customer service
Disgusting items and customer service. Ordered 45 halo head bands for a kids dance comp they came nothing like the picture. Sparse as anything!! I had an email back after says to say I could send them back unfortunately we needed them as it took that long for a reply. Not happy at all. Don’t anybody order them from here
