Delivery experience not great
I would have given a 5 star, but my recent experience has not been great. At the time of giving this review 8/8/24, I still have not received my product. Order was placed on 23/7/24. I requested to pickup from DPD locker but Dpd did not give me the locker no and pincode to unlock/collect my parcel. It has been an awful experience and quite frankly stressful too. I’ve contacted both glowup and dpd but still unresolved. Asides this delivery issue, the products are great and I will purchase again.
