I had no email confirmation. So I have emailed, phoned ( no answer) messaged on instagram and WhatsApp. Had no reply.
It turns out my auto fill provided an incorrect email address at checkout
Problem sorted, it seems they didn't find any messages from me.
Today they have sent me tracking .

Thanks for your feedback and really sorry to hear you were left disappointed. Our delivery records show an attempted delivery was made within 2 working days just after the Good Friday bank holiday; however, there was no-one at the premises to receive it. It was then re-delivered after the following bank holiday Monday. As deliveries do not take place on bank holidays, this was the reason why the re-delivery took longer than usual to reach you.
