I ordered a fire pit table & accessories a few months ago. Despite various supply problems, Max (the owner) was professional & helpful throughout. Always replying promptly to my emails etc. If you want prompt personal service from an experienced owner, I thoroughly recommend this company. Emma P

I am really happy with the customer service from Glow Up Gardens and I am really happy with the hot tub I purchased. I had a few questions before buying and spoke to the team and they were easy to get hold of and knowledgeable about the product and the delivery was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate about buying from them again.
