Took this instead of a double espresso…
Took this instead of a double espresso ahead of late afternoon workout. Helped with my energy levels. Noticed a drop in appetite in evening meal which was interesting as usually quite famished post workout. Want to adopt as part of daily exercise / weight management routine.

Packs a punch
Took before my normal morning workout - despite having a tough session the day before it was the best workout I’d had in a while, felt engaged but not jittery like I would with a synthetic pre-workout. Noticeably less hungry post working out as well.

Really good shot to have in the morning! Noticeably felt less hungry & had more energy. Bottle feels bigger than expected. Each drink packs a punch / ingredients of high concentration so feels like you get bang for your buck.

I bought GLTea to replace my daily…
I bought GLTea to replace my daily coffee (which was making me a bit anxious in the mornings ) and I was a little sceptical at the beginning. I've tried mushroom tea before and that was... not pleasant!
The taste is fine (think gingery/lemony tea) but I'm impressed by the calming but wide awake/alert feeling. Much nicer than the slightly shaky/wired feeling I have with coffee.
I'm also noticing I can last a little longer before I get hungry which is a bonus. I need to use it for longer to be sure but so far so good.
