I was most pleased with my experience with Green Monkey, I at first ordered the wrong item and paid on PayPal then contacted them to explain my error and they replied Immediately and we sorted it out in 20 minutes and I was refunded the money back into my account and the correct item was delivered and none of this was their fault, but they wasted no time in assisting me. Needless to say I was impressed.

Great customer service
Cheapest place to get the whiteboard I wanted (not many places had the matt version). Great customer service from Danielle with advice on which boards would be suitable to avoid window glare. And also helping with a query I had after installation (she took the time to contact the manufacturer to help answer my query). Many thanks.

I found GMAV to be an excellent supplier to deal with. Communication with the company is easy, fast and efficient. When a problem emerged with a product they had supplied they dealt with it quickly, in a very friendly manner and resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Helpful and speedy
Green Monkey were very helpful in answering emails, confirming that as a charity we were able to be invoiced for the item and the delivery took place within 24 hours of ordering. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
