The Colour House Group were asked to carry out gutter works on a large, high end project in West London, which was out of our work remit. We approached Jordan at Gutter Maintenance Tech Ltd and have been over them moon from the getgo. Jordans approach was clearly in line with ours and his honest advise, exceptional quality of work and transparent costing has been top notch. I highly recommend Jordan and his company and will certainly ask again if we need to. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I am happy to be a verbal reference if needed. Jordan came to my property on 17/7/25 to carry out two gutter repairs on my property. He then refused to do the repairs and said i needed to have my gutters cleared first. He was already fully aware that they needed clearing before he turned up to do the repairs.It begs the question as to why he came to my property in the first place when he knew the gutters were not cleared. He knew exactly what part of the guttering needed replacing as one of his colleagues had pointed out to me the exact place my gutters were leaking on a previous visit
I asked him when can you clear the gutters and do the repairs. He said you will have to contact the office. Later i received an email saying that they would not be carrying out any work on my property using the excuses that i had cancelled a couple of appointments. One appointment i had to cancel due to SGN closing my road off and digging up our driveways. Another appointment i had to cancel was when i had to go into work as they were short staffed. Jordan had cancelled several appointments himself to reschedule them apologising and thanking me for being so understanding.

I cancelled two appointments for good reason. SGN had to close my road off and dig up our driveways, and at short notice i had to go into work as they were short that day. I cancelled the gutter clearance and only wanted to go ahead with the repairs on the guttering as i was short of funds and could only afford to have the repairs done as i'd been off work with the Noroviris. But it's perfectly ok in Jordans eyes to suddenly cancel my appointments and then apologise to me thanking me for being so understanding.

The truth is Jordan didn't want to do the gutter clearance as he was moaning about the hazardous pigeon waste in my gutters. He then had to come up with an excuse to get out of doing the job and later in the day used the excuse about the cancellations. He would not of turned up on the day in the first place to do the repairs if that was the case. This was an excuse he thought up afterwards to get out of doing the gutter clearance he clearly didn't want to do.

In any case I've had a lucky escape as my next door neighbour had all his Guttering completely replaced and the owner knocked on my door to say i needed the Guttering replaced that runs alongside my garage. I said I've already got someone coming out to replace two pieces of Guttering at the sides of my house. He then said that they should of said about the Guttering that needs replacing at the side of my garage so all the Guttering would work efficiently and be watertight. He couldn't believe that they would of not mentioned this as it was plainly obvious to see, and shook his head in disbelief.
I'm now using my neighbours Guttering company to carry out the work at my property. Looks like i had a lucky escape as the job Jordan would of done would have not been professional and watertight.

* In response to Jordans added comments to my review. The truth is he turned up on the day to do the gutter repairs, knowing full well that my gutters needed clearing. The cancellation of my appointments was an excuse used only after he had left my property to get out of doing the job he clearly didn't want to do as he was moaning about the hazardous pigeon waste. He would not of turned up at my property yesterday to carry out the gutter repairs in the first place if the cancellations were the reason to not carry out any work on my property. The truth is he saw the gutters. moaned about the hazardous pigeon waste and left my property and then had to think of an excuse to get out of doing the gutter clearance he clearly didn't want to do.

As I've previously mentioned, I've had a lucky escape as my neighbours Guttering company couldn't believe that Jordan was going to carry out the two gutter repairs at the side of my house whilst blatantly ignoring the piece of Guttering at the side of my garage that also clearly needed replacing so all the Guttering would be watertight and all work efficiently together. This is not " assumptions " made by another guttering company, as Jordan claims, this is FACT and clearly can be seen to a professional that the guttering at the side of my garage also needs to be replaced in order for all the Guttering to work efficiently and be watertight. Any professional company worth their salt would of spotted this and mentioned it, but Jordan failed to spot this even when it was blatantly obvious..

I did not cancel all the quotes, i was having the jobs done as and when i could afford it and not all at once.

Your job is to spot other problems with the guttering

Jordan came round to quote bang on time, got the drone up and showed me where all my roof/guttering issues were.
Quote came in promptly and was very competitive compared to others I had, so I thought I’d take a chance.
Very glad I did. Had to reschedule once due to sketchy weather, but again he came bang on time, promptly demossed the roof, fixed some broken tiles and gutters and also unblocked a drain as a favour for us that wasn’t part of the quote.
We’re surrounded by lots of trees, so Jordan has just bagged himself an annual job to keep the leaves at bay….!

Gutter Maintenance Tech has only been in business since May 2022 - under 2 years....

Some companies just provide a quote based on satellite photos from Google Earth. Gutter Maintenance Tech seem more sophisticated because they use a drone to take pictures of the roof.

But I found when they actually arrived on the job, they said they had now spotted issues which were not visible from the drone but only visible from standing on the street - which begs the question, why did they not look at the roof from the street when they were taking the drone footage...

They did not apologise for not providing an accurate quote. When the same issues they raised today were easy to spot during their first visit.

I think what went wrong is that they send a junior person to take drone footage. Then Jordan reviews the pictures in the office. So the first time Jordan gets a full view of the property is when he turns up for the job.

I found their approach very dramatic, which was unhelpful since their client was a vulnerable adult with disabilities. It undermined our trust. Jordan came across as very immature. Not someone who was grounded and who could be relied on to calmly assess a situation to provide clear judgement and expertise. He made me feel very uncomfortable.

Jordan decided to leave the job. I think it was wise, since his eyes looked very red. I was concerned about the Health & Safety risk if he were using a ladder to climb onto the roof.... He kept repeating himself. He did not appear to be thinking clearly and logically. He seemed very arrogant and talked to me as if I were unintelligent.

It is important that clients can rely on workmen to conduct themselves professionally, discretely and to apologise when they fall short of the standard that should be expected of them.

As a business, Jordan has shown little respect for his client by not preparing the quote based on a through review of the property and not turning up to work in a fit state. I would not recommend this company for vulnerable clients. Jordan is not calm and in control, he makes the situation overly dramatic.

Can not recommend Jordan highly enough. Came and gave us a highly competitive quote. Then was able to schedule the work before the worst of the winter. He cleaned out all of our gutters made 2 leak repairs and installed brand new guttering for our porch. His work is guaranteed and have to say first class.

Jordan did an excellent job. We’ve had a perennially issue with our rear gutter, causing damp, which gutter ‘experts’ have failed to rectify. However, Jordan figured it out to be a simple issue and repaired it at no extra cost. He will be our man from now on. Oh. And his work is guaranteed! Win win!

Our gutter has been overflowing for the past 12 months, i had another company look at it and thought it was sorted only to find a few months later it overflowed again. Jordan fixed the problem within 15 mins and explained the repair. I highly recommend Jorden and Gutter Maintenance Tech Ltd for all your gutter needs.

Used this company as they were local to me. Extremely impressed with both the service and the reasonable price. Needed all gutters clearing on our end of terraced house with a loft conversion. Only one piece of guttering needed replacing due to a leek. Jordon was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of anything he found wrong. Some how 2 tin cans had become lodged in a down pipe but he managed to get them out without causing any damage. A very reliable and prompt service was given which I would recommend and we will be using them again next year.

I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. I had a serious guttering problem that had left quite severe damage to my outside wall through ongoing leaks. I have had several contractors try and fix it to no avail. Jordan had the technology and the skills to fix it 100% and clean the wall. We had to wait for the weather to be dry but Jordan kept in touch so I never worried that he would let me down. In the end he worked the bank holiday to get my job done because we had waited so long for a dry spell. As above, I would 100% recommend his work. He is hard-working, polite, punctual, tidy and highly skilled at what he does.

Jordan is experienced, knowledgeable and hard-working. His work is fairly priced and he delivers good results.
