Invariably one of the cheapest tariffs available. Their customer service is superb, no long winded press 1 for this, press 2 for that, then the dreaded muzak for ages. You get to speak to a real person in less than a minute, who actually deals with your query on the spot. Plus their bills are accurate. What more could you want?

Comparative fuel prices, friendly, efficient staff;
Following an on-line comparison site check we chose Gnergy. We had never heard of this company before, but are glad we are with them, as their tariff is very good compared to others.
We send gas and electricity readings once a month, which can be done on line, or freephone.
Whenever we have had to call them we have been answered promptly and efficiently and any queries soon sorted out.
We are so pleased with their service we have renewed twice with them as their prices are still competitive.

I can recommend GNERGY
I have been with GNergy a few years now and have found them to be very helpful, polite and informative.
It's very easy to get in touch with them, either by email or telephone, which is answered almost immediately by a real person, so none of this having to press 1,2, 3 etc., and having to hang on listening to rubbish music.
