I had been a loyal customer of British Gas for many many years, until they put my dual fuel monthly payment up to £145. As a pensioner, I simply could not afford this. I looked at a comparison website, and chose Gnergy as, though not the absolute cheapest, they had many excellent customer reviews. I have found them very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and have never regretted the change I made. I just wish I'd done it sooner.

Having been with GNERGY for a few years now I can honestly say that I’m extremely satisfied with them.
I renew every year because their charges are reasonable and their customer service has always been exemplary. I have had no issues so would not dream of looking elsewhere.

Selected Gnergy about four years ago based on their pricing and reviews, also that it was set up by ex Gurkha soldiers to provide employment for others leaving the service.
I have never needed to contact them as I have never had a problem with bills or any other service issues, as far as I am concerned this is a great company.

Excellent energy supplier. Great customer service and competitive tariff charges. I have been with GNergy for 4 years now and I am very happy with them and their service.

Easy to give monthly meter readings. Good communication when renewal date is due. Have found genergy to be very fairly priced.

Overall you have performed well but your promises to install a smart meter have not materialised and for that I have lost faith. But for the fact that I can't be bothered to change my supplier I have decided to stay with you. Roll out that little meter and I may well change my mind for the next few years!

So far I have no complaints and the staff have been very helpful.

Excellent service with timely reminders of payments and accurate readings provided regularly by email attached images.

Very happy with this supplier, been with them for 3 years. Using the automated phone line to supply monthly readings is very helpful, let's you see exacly what you use each month.

I have been with GENERGY for some time and I very satisfied.

Would have scored higher but they are quick to put monthly DD up but not as quick to review it down or issue refunds, I had to ask twice but it came through quickly at the second request. Also, the monthly readings are a bit annoying but I understand giving them is better for me and them

I have been with Gnergy for several yrs now and I’m satisfied with the service I have had . In the middle of contract I did move house and my electric was moved over easily but my gas took months to sort out , this wasnt Gnergy’s fault , they did everything they could . I will continue to stay with them
