Great company, whenever we've had a problem ( not many) they have been fast and very efficient, and always very courteous.

Excellent pricing compared to previous companies for no change in usage. Great customer service , I tend to email and have been very happy with all responses.

I have contacted Gnergy a few times about queries and each time I have received a prompt reply that has answered my query. On the telephone, the customer service personnel are polite and friendly.

Great no nonsense Energy supplier that have supplied both my Gas and Electricity for over 4 years. I provide my meter readings via Email once a month which is acknowledged and any further help is only a simple phone call away. The staff are very polite, efficient and friendly, invoices are simple to understand and are competitively priced. What more could you want - did I mention the company was set up by ex British servicemen, namely the Gurkhas, our Nepalese friends and allies.

No problems - so that's perfect!
