Gnergy - over 3 years and still running 'smoothly'
May not be the cheapest but we have been with gnergy over 3 years and every thing has been very 'smooth'.
The only improvement would be smart meters but at the moment the power industry is still not consistent regarding smart meters having had one with British Gas, nothing is transferable. Considering this is a government scheme it is not very good.

I have found them to be extremely efficient and all questions are answered very promptly. I send meter readings on-line and they are always acknowledged and when I had built up a large credit and requested it, the money was sent to my account within a couple of days. Their rates are excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
