You pay your bills, give them readings and electricity comes out the sockets. They don't pester you to get a smart meter.

Good customer service and no problems with receiving bills, providing meter readings.

2 issues, still haven't received a smart meter and direct debits was increased due to account being in debit but now in credit so still not sure this has been set correctly.....
