Extortionate Prices
Extortionate prices. Almost £250 for a new washing machine seal around the door. I thought they were local, Go Assist are based in Bournemouth not Torbay! Will never use again or recommend.

Agent was patient and courteous
The agent Chris was very courteous and repeated the terms for me. Hearing was difficult because the background office noise conflicted with my hearing aids.
I would suggest that the background noise needs to be reduced somehow, electronically or acoustically.

Absolute fraudsters
Absolute fraudsters. My engineer didn't turn up, I have had to chase several times and have been continuously promised a call back and nothing. It's now been 20 days since I launched a complaint and it's still unresolved. I feel like I am just being passed from pillar to post and nobody wants to help me.
Cannot believe the shocking customer service. I'm now out of pocket £109 for a service that didn't take place and £50 for a mandatory fee they want to charge me because I am pulling out of their subscription (which I notified them about before 14 days)
Avoid at all costs.
