Great quality, excellent customer service
Speaking with the administrative team, especially Kayleigh, was super easy. One of the team picked up the phone straight away when I had queries. We ordered the premium 3x3 pop-up display and the quality was excellent. It was set up following their setup video in less than 15 minutes with 2 people. They also have a video on how to upload artwork which was a plus compared to other companies and saved a lot of time for our tight deadline.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE - the artwork is a completely different colour to the artwork provided and their response is they are unable to guarantee colour match. No one is interested as they have had pro-forma payment. Tried to speak to someone to resolve this and they can’t even give a timescale of when someone will come back to me. Customer service doesn’t exist here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Great service
Great service. I needed display boards at very short notice for an event after another supplier let us down. Their customer service talked me through what was available in the time frame. Boards were made on site and ready for collection just in time for our event.

roller banner good but sent to wrong address
roller banner all good. except the DPD delivery guy sent it to the wrong address - address was also incorrect. Luckily I checked and parcel was at our neighbours.
