Ordered a Premier 3x3 Curved Pop Up Stand with lights and case wrap.
Very happy with customer service, everyone I have emailed has been very friendly and helpful so absolutely no faults there.

The item was despatched within the five days and arrived one day later which was perfect timing.

The stand went up easily - I only have two issues.

One, the graphic wrap for the carry case was dirty (it's a mostly white graphic so very noticeable). And two, the little adapter that attached to the lights didn't quite fit and I literally had to hammer it in because it was slightly the wrong shape. Not much of an issue (at least I know it wont fall out) but not ideal because now I can't take it apart.

Still five stars though because the main graphic looks great and I would definitely order from them again.

The service received with help ordering and timing of manufacturing was really good, it was just the delivery company that let the service down. Beacon were the delivery company and they didn't actually deliver to the correct place, even after speaking on the phone the previous day and instructions being issued. It ended up with 6 of our male staff members having to fetch the displays from where the vehicle was parked and carry them into the office. Marked down a star for this reason.

I needed some spare parts for some display screens. The sales team could not have been more helpful in helping me with order which arrived promptly.

Having previously purchased a pop-up display with podium case, we wanted to update the graphics on the main backdrop. We were able to do this quickly and easily without purchasing the whole unit again. They even pulled out all the stops to help us hit our tight turnaround, very happy and will use again without doubt.

The product looks really great and the delivery was quicker than expected!

Amazing customer service. I am not usually a person who know what they are ordering when it comes to displays for events but Go Displays have made it incredibly easy.
