After having both hips replaced by Mr Gulati, due to AVN and arthritis, I can confirm that he is a brilliant surgeon.
I was a bit worried after the first surgery as I had a leg length discrepancy that was very pronounced because my un-operated side was so degraded but he swept in like a saviour and evened me out perfectly after the second hip was replaced.
In my honest opinion Mr Gulati is an amazing surgeon who I would happily recommend. Thank you Sir 🙏🏼

Mr Gulati made me feel safe and confident before my operation and these feelings were proved correct when I subsequently had a very successful hip replacement with an excellent recovery.

This was my first operation at the age of 71 and Mr Gulati and his team made me feel assured. Everything was professional and everyone took special care of me. Mr Gulati is a wonderful surgeon and I cant thank him enough for making this procedure happen.

I saw Mr Gulati about 2 problems, a misaligned knee cap that wasn't tracking properly and tendon damage to the ball of my foot. At the time I had a very short window of availability due to travel constraints and Mr Gulati saw me the same day, which I was very grateful for. He diagnosed both issues, treated my foot and referred me to excellent an excellent physiotherapist for my knee. Very impressed!

When working with Mr Gulati, he has consistently been attentive, demonstrating genuine care. His expertise is evident in both clear explanations and surgical outcomes. Mr Gulati is a specialist who combines high-level skill with compassion and dedication to their patients’ wellbeing.

Having had to deal with knee pain throughout my adult life, I consider myself very fortunate to have found Mr Gulati- he understands me and my condition and has taken decisive steps to make things better. The whole experience has been much less stressful than in the past.

Mr Gulati has answered all my questions during the consultation this evening. He has interpreted the x ray results well to explain my knee condition and laid out all the options that are available to me.

I have had the pleasure of working and supporting Mr. Gulati for well over a decade now, within his joint replacement and trauma practice. A highly trained individual, he possesses excellent technical skill, and genuinely cares about every patient he helps. He recently helped me with a small Orthopaedic issue. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to Mr. Gulati for future treatment. A true gent who works hard to change peoples lives.

Mr Gulati provided exceptional care when performing my fathers knee replacement. From the outset, he was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a way that reassured us both.

I went to Mr Gulati with a knee pain 2 years ago and he found out I had a torn meniscus. He reccomended to remove part of it with surgery which I did with him. Only after realized that maybe was not the reason for my pain and offered very little support. After any kind of physio had to move back to my country, I am still with knee pain, caused by the surgery. He likely damaged other tissues to remove the meniscus which are still causing me inbalance and pain.
I wouldn't reccomend this doctor unfortunately.

My mother has always dreaded hospitals and doctors, but Mr Gulati has completely changed that for her. From the very first appointment, he was calm, kind, and genuinely attentive. He asked thoughtful questions, understood her lifestyle without judgment, and explained every option with clarity and patience.

What has stood out throughout is his integrity; he never pushes unnecessary treatment, instead guiding us with data and reassurance while always leaving the final choice in my mother’s hands. Even when discussing injections or surgery, he kept the pace entirely hers. He often used examples from his own mother’s treatment to explain things, which made my mother feel instantly at ease and truly understood.

We are still under his care and have built a relationship of deep trust. Doctors like Mr Gulati are rare; he puts the patient first in every sense, centres care around what matters most to them, and gives confidence through honesty and compassion. It has been one of the best healthcare experiences we have ever had, and we are so grateful for his support.

Had a full knee replacement in November 2022 and am extremely pleased with the result. Although recovery time was extended (6+ months) the knee is now rock solid and I am back to normal. Excellent work from Mr Gulati and his team.
